When they cant even get the fish right you know that they have no standards. I still buy from there, but rarely and only if I am craving sea food. The Food is incredibly overpriced, the cooks are constantly gawking at any pretty lady that walks in, the sides are generic as generic gets. What to expect to pay for take out: for two fairly common items I paid $27! That is what you could pay in a decent restaurant where the cooks have culinary training and not some random guys just frying fish and slapping minced garlic on it. The only thing that they get right is the shrimp dishes, but only because it is nearly impossible to mess shrimp up. As far as dinning in, dont expect any kind of authenticity but rather a bumpkin kind of environment with one of the ugliest tables and chairs you will tolerate. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

We usually come here and have had good experiences. Unfortunately, the staff needs to be trained for handling large parties. Our group got their orders mixed up.Lol They were asked to share plates and some received incomplete orders. One salad order had gnats. The manager was requested but they sent out another female employee who wasnt professionally trained to handle complaints or errors. She was arguing with the waiter and pointing out certain ones from our group and criticizing us for complaining. Please train your employees to act professionally with each other. I used to like coming here but because of todays experience I dont think I will recommend coming here with a large group or solo. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Not the worst but pretty close - its worth avoiding. Its four walls, tables and chairs...its a little depressing to look at (it reminds me of a 1980s restaurant). There is a huge TV and loud music playing in the back dinning area :-( they changed the menu so the waitress spent about 10 minutes trying to find a fried fish, shrimp and oyster plate before we realized they didnt have one --- she also mentioned "theres a ton of orders before yours"....we headed straight for the door. AVOID!!!

we had a large group and the service was horrible. there were only about 10 other patrons in the entire place and none of us got our food. we were there celebrating and it was ruined. the manger or owner didnt take responsibility for the bad service plus there were bugs in the salad that the owner oor manager made excuses for.
