Food is great. The fudge brownie blizzard is mind blowing! The speed of service however is dreadful. We would eat here more often if we didnt have to debate whether the wait is justified for the price and food. If there are 3 or more cars in the drive thru go inside! Youll be in your car wasting gas forever. If you could schedule just one more cook per shift I think that would help with wait times. If were going through the drive thru its because were pressed for time and need to go, not because we choose to wait with our cars running forever. I also believe that they have their clocks on their registers pushed forward so that customers dont know exactly how long they wait for their food. I paid for my food at least 5 minutes ago and my clock reads 18:29 and my receipt tells me my order was made at 18:31! Dont get me wrong the service is good just slow for some reason. Id give 5 stars if I could be in and out like most "fast food" joints.

So the food was good. The staff on the other hand were so unprofessional.... an employee came in with her small daughter and got a bunch of free food. As shes behind the counter out of uniform her daughter is running all over yelling "you suck, and Im gonna punch you" so my children made a comment saying this was the worst experience ever. Lol! I almost wanted to ask for a free ice cream. This place needs order for sure! 4 stars for food 1 for atmosphere.....

Worst customer service ever. They repeat your order and when you get home giving them the benefit of doubt. You guess it, order wrong, missing items, I call back and let them know that I was missing a whole meal and other items and they want to argue. Im not arguing with you or taking back my whole order back to get it replaced. These younger kids think you owe them something. If you do not like where you work stay in school and get a better education. FML

Not sure what they do here but they make GOOD burgers! lol Decor is okay not great but not horrible. Most of the time people are friendly BUT I have had a bad experience with a little girl (ladies age she should know better) in the drive up window. WAY too much attitude for someone working here... You dont have to be "Nice" But at least be polite or even decent! Had to report her to the manager, cant have rude people like that scary off your customers!

ice cream and food are good and hot.customer service is good they flipped my blizzard when i asked OMFG talk bout mind blown,the ratio of toppings to ice cream is great i feel they always give me alil extra.better than mc donalds or wac arnolds.ive never had an issue.all the haters below know they secretly be going through the drive thru to this location lol.i guess it depends on what day you go or what kind of customer you are.

Went to threw the drive thru, & They literally took AT LEAST 20 minutes just to make one hunger buster jr meal. And they forgot the drink. Waisted gas, wasnt gonna turn my car off in this 100° heat. Got home and the burger was just slapped together, messiest burger ever.

I would give them five stars, but I believe their meals are a bit overpriced. However, they do have great burgers, and their blizzards are the best in town. If you are looking for some good tasting ice cream with ample choices, this is the place for you.

Overcharged me for the hunger buster meal with blizzard when they were running a deal for it for free. Then didnt even deliver the blizzard to me. Run down looking too. Think the employees or friends are scoring them up on here.

Want to know how to get a free blizzard here? Ask them to turn it upside down when they make it. Its policy to do it and almost always they never do it when you get one because they know its not even made right.

I believe this location is long overdue for a facelift. The building looks very old inside and out. They have never gotten my order wrong or have been rude, but the restaurant looks neglected.
