Not good! I have been going to this location on and off over the course of the 6 years Ive been living by this establishment. Although the wait staff are excellent in their service, there have been occasional problems with the kitchen and bartending staff. Ive been served a completely different type of wine than I ordered then, was told by the bartender that I was wrong?... Like I dont know the diffrence between Moscato and Chardonnay?? Maybe they think people wont notice??? My most recent experience was 3 days ago...again they served the wrong wine and then served me a room temperature enchilada plate. I asked the waiter to please have it reheated. He brought it back in exactly the same condition. I told him I couldnt eat it and to take it off my ticket. He called the General Manager to speak to me. This manager told me that he saw the kitchen staff make me a new plate ...then he said he witnessed them reheat it!! Ok. So I told him, "youre telling me its hot?? Youre telling me I dont know the difference between hot and cold?" So everyone...a manager just told a customer she was lying??? Wow! Never again!

I have previously gone to this location and was served alcohol with no issues I usually go with my husband Ive had the strawberry margarita and chamoy margarita. The service is mediocre at best and for the price the food is not up to par so this is a last resort kind of placed. Well tonight I went and I seated myself at a table with my husband of course we get ignored until we moved tables just to get someones attention and especially because the table we sat at smelled horrible. We finally get menus from a waiter and when I asked for a margarita he has the audacity to tell me they are no longer serving alcohol when I clearly see the bartender at the bar making drinks for the clients sitting at the bar. I just looked at him and saw the bar handed him the menu and walked out. I will no longer come here for food or drinks besides the chamoy margarita is horrible!!

We had a family of 11 tonight and music was super loud. My son has a disability from his ears and we had asked to close sliding doors and manager was rude and said we could leave and was not closing them. The waitress was trying to close the sliding doors and was very nice. For them being a family restaurant it was more concerned about the loud music. It was so loud the waitress could not even take our order. If you have kids I would not take them there or if someone in your family has a disability. They dont care!!!! Manager should be fired and ashamed my son is only 5 years old!

wow, I read the reviews and think I must have not been in the Same place. walked in around 11:30 on Saturday nite to Karaoke with loud DJ, then after finding seat had to go find waiters cause they were all watching Karaoke singers. finally got menu, ordered drinks and food. here is my take, Supreme Nachos, better at Valero, no meat, 12 small chips, basically $9.95 for nada, nothing. believe me I have had worse, not by much. poor service, too loud, rude wait staff, too pricey for what you get. can sure tell this is not original owner.

Good food, great environment! Very clean, loved the live music. It was busy, but the tables were not too crowded together. I hate to eat at a place where they have as many tables crammed in as possible. That was not the case here. We did have to wait for a table, but it was worth the wait. Love that we can sit and have a drink, enjoy live music, AND have the kids with us. It says its a bar but, it was not rowdy, felt very family oriented. Cant wait to come back. Going to reserve a table next time to cut down on wait.

This location has by far THE WORST customer service. Not by the wait staff which have been helpful and kind but the MANAGER GARY GONZALEZ. He was extremely rude and disrespectful to my husband and myself. We were incorrectly charged for an item we did not receive and asked to either receive the item or have it removed from the bill. He would not listen to us and kept raising his voice at us until we had no choice but to end the conversation with him. If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would.

01/04/2017 6:15pm ordered 2 chick soups w/1 bean & Ch taco togo drive thru....OMG!!! No one in line... they asked to drive around and wait...waited for the longest 18 mins EVER in a NO LINE -DRIVE THRU!! Then, when order was finally brought to me, the excuses was The COOK DIDNT KNOW THE KITCHEN THAT WELL!! REALLY- To make matters worse, once home - that was the nastiest "home made chicken soup ever"!!! Plus Beans were old in the taco also- NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!! YUCKKIE!!

the worst food and service ever! This is San Antonio... You cant serve cold Mexican food and expect us to pay for it...Albert, the manager has no people skills and in my opinion needs to learn them we were very disappointed in your attitude towards my wife and myself.. Your owner needs to take a second look at who is running their million dollar operation. Good luck in the future. Everything now days is about great customer service and attitude. We will never return..

This was once my fave place to show off when family came in out of town. The staff was prepared, clean and most of all knew how to treat the customers right. Now, everything is in a rush, lots of misunderstandings and the staff is not prepared. Management is constantly on the staff and some of the waiters huff when they get large groups. If you balance it all, I keep returning because their food is delicious and never cold (Ill give them that!).

I was so relieved to find out that this restaurant was able to accommodate a party of 17. The restaurant is very clean and organized as it always is. Max was our waiter and he did a FANTASTIC job tending to our every need. You asked and he was on it. The menu has very good selections so it was hard to pick which plate to order but, overall, the food was delicious and the service was on point! Its the reason I always return to this Tink-A-Tako.

We just left this place..it is my 6 year olds birthday. The waiter forgot about us,empty drinks since before we got our food and just ignored our ever request. My daughter didnt get any treat for her birthday dinner even after i told the waiter it was her birthday! The food wasnt that great either,was cold within 2 minutes of being on the table. I never leave bad reviews but I am very disappointed in this place!

I have typically had good experience at this location, however all it takes is 1 bad experience to throw that down the drain. The barbacoa used to be good but somewhere along the lines quality was lost. Bean and cheese was okay. The downfall was biting into a potato & egg taco only to be met with the crunching texture of an egg shell. Sweet tea was delicious at least and service was really quick.
