Food tasting really good. We were eating here and suddenly a roach came down from the kitchen. So I took a look inside where there cooking and saw a nest of rat pop. Very nasty place....yes dining room seems clean food taste good...but just take a look inside where there cooking...you can see I mean....really can see how nasty it is.... Think about it.... Do u think this place is free of pests?...plus if u take a look outside behind this place....drunk people and a nasty washateria... Be aware!

Very bad service.....sorry to say but the short fatty lady with all this gold necklace jewelry....has very bad manners....she may be the owner or manager but really she does not know customer service....I should give 0 stars for this....I was trying to be nice to her after all I tried to get a nice conversation...I decided not to place any order and left.....my first and last time I step into this filthy place....and believe it or not, a friend of us recommended this food!

Just finished eating here after 20 years; burgers are still the best Ive ever had. Unfortunately I couldnt give 5 stars due to the bad customer service from the cashier. I mean how hard is it to take an order or try to upsell us? The saddest part is when my 6 year son is telling her," Thank you" and she could not year herself away from her cell phone. Hopefully the owner will read this and make a small change that will make it a 5 star experience.

First time and last time eating at this establishment. We arrived shortly after 11:00 am, placed our orders, paid, only to find out that the restaurant wasnt opened because the cook had not yet arrived. The lady at the register had to start preparing our meals. The food (Texas burger, chicken club, and chicken burger) was nothing to brag about and the restaurant was in dire need of some cleaning.

Service suked and the food sucked. It was nothing more then frozen Sams club burger patties and frozen fries and onion rings. Their was 3 of us together and they cooked one burger at a time. By the time the last person got their food the other two were already done eating. Would have rather went to Mc Donalds across the street. Will never eat there again and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Horrible customer service I have a recording of the cashier telling me I dont have time to give prices over the phone the place literally opens 20 min befor I called and when asked she said Im not busy I posted the video of her on face book and want to get in contact with the owner or managers cause she said that store doesnt have any managers that work there

My wife and I stopped here, it was my second time and my wifes first. I havent been to this place since seven years ago. And let me tell you its still amazing, better than Whataburger. The burgers are thick and have amazing flavor. You need to stop at this little burger joint.

Love their burgers and selection of what you can get on the burger....the only reason I dont give it a 5 star rating is cause they have some shady people hang out there every time I go to eat there...they seem to know these to 2 gentlemen but I still dont feel safe.

Pretty decent burger and price overall. Ive been coming here for over 15 years but customer service is terrible and expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes for a burger. The "Best Burger" name definitely isnt too far of a stretch.

Theres a McDonalds a block away, and youll get a meal here for the same price as you would there, but theyll taste less mass produced. I get the Swiss burger and it has become my favorite burger on the block.
