I have been to this place for the first time. Coming into this place and looking around everything looked really nice and really clean. All the girls welcomed us in. The service was bad and food was ok. We had a group of about 8 and only 4 of us arrived early. The waitress took the order of the 2 people that were with us and for some reason left without grabbing mine and my husbands. I could not figure that out and it actually took me a few minutes to realize that she did not take our order. When she came back around she said to the other two that thier food would be here in a moment. I asked her if she made a mistake and she said no she took thier order. She told us that she did not know we were ready to order. I told her she should have asked. So, she took the order from us and when the rest of the party arrived she took thier order. What I did not understand is that thier order came out before mine and my husbands??? Finally she comes around with our food. We got the buy 10 chicken and fries get 10 free special. She gave me my plate and looked all around the table to give the other plate. My friend pointed to my husband and said it belonged to him. She was still dumbfounded. I had to yell at her to give him the plate and she finally bent down to give it too him and her excuse was that she thought he already had a plate. There was nothing in front of him and my friend tried to tell her. Then she asked if everything was good and I told her we were missing the cheese for the fries. She asked if that was blue cheese I wanted. I said no, the cheese that you normally give for the fries. She came back with cheese only it was still the wrong kind. I ate it with my fries without complaint and the rest of the night was fine. Overall I give this place a C REASON: The place was nice and the girls were fun. Food wasnt all that great and waitress was dumb.

Talk about the most unorganized restaurant ever. Called down on Wednesday of this last week and made a reservation for Saturday for 20 guys to eat dinner before we walked over to the casino for a bachelor party which I explained all to the girl who took my phone call . All twenty of us get there on time and we walk into complete and noticeable chaos. First, off every single waitress, manager, bartender, and cook had a disgusted pissed off look on their face, which was awesome walking in to. I walk up to the host and he tells me they have no notes or recollection of a party for twenty. Asked for the manager, because its not this kids fault. He approached the manger and as he told her, I could easily tell based off her body language, she was never coming over to me as she raised her hands in the air and said I dont have time. Kid came back and said she would be over in a few minutes. As I waited for 20 minutes and still no manager, a party of 12 was walking out and hollering to every person waiting that they should find somewhere else to go. They were literally telling every person from their table to to the parking lot how terrible of an experience they had. Took them an hour to get their checks along with multiple and multiple screw ups. I could tell every single customer in that place was on edge and having the same terrible experience. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise that they "had no notes or clue" of our 20 person reservation. I will never be going to a Hooters again, tell everyone I know what happened, and hope this helps people reading this to stay away from that disaster. They dont deserve a full star.

Horrible, absolutely horrible. Table tops were sticky, this was not a good value for what you paid for, the AC was blowing full blast in the middle of October (WHY?) and after emphasizing our order, it was still messed up. Worst of all, there was no attempt to fix the order. I have been to this location many times, and each time I go back hoping for a better experience than last, it turns out to be worse. I dont know if its just the Council Bluffs location, but when the Omaha location was open as well, I never had a bad time there. Too bad we couldnt have had Council Bluffs close down and keep Omaha, oh well. Ill never return to this location ever again, maybe not even return to Hooters stores ever due to not only this locations bad service, but the overall company issues I have as well such as recipe changes, price increases which diminishes value... what used to cost me 40, now costs me almost 70. Its sad that on a Sunday night, when a "Sports" themed restaurant has barely 15 customers in it for a Sunday night football game. That should tell you something there. Hooters overall used to be a place to go get beer, wings and sports. Now, you can still get all 3, but you pay twice as much for it, and the quality of the service is so poor that it makes it unreasonable. Maybe try Twin Peak if youre looking for "scenery" because this location does not have it.

Went in with my family.. Please bring life and fun back. Our waitress was less than happy to be serving my kids.. Ask for them to sing for my sons birthday and only two did out of the 6 that was there. God forbid she even refills our drinks or asks my husband if he needs another beer... And OMG would it kill you to smile!! There was only one girl there who first the part and looked like she belonged there.. Wasnt busy at all and we where ignored most the time. Had I been a shopper YOu wouldve gotten a fail. The girls where not enthusiastic, or happy to be there. She took forever to get our order. Get it together Hooters. I keep giving you guys a chance and every year for my sons birthday its nothing but a dissapointment. Please hire girls who want to be there and do the job right... I worked there for 5 years and its NOTHING to what it use to be... That place is turning into nothing but a below normal happy environment and really thinking bout starting to go to twin peeks from now on...

I can honestly say that this was my worst Hooters experience ever and I have been to a fair amount of Hooters restaurants and am a fan. Its in a sort of deserted part of town so there werent many people there. That said, the service, though given with a smile, was slow and inadequate. As I said Ive been to a fair amount of Hooters so I know what to expect with the food. That said, the food was awful. Again it was slow getting out, my buffalo shrimp were cold and soggy, and the wings were dried out and stringy, as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp. The server asked me how everything was and I told her. She just smiled and said "really?" Not a good experience.

Id driven all day, so I wanted to find a restaurant within walking distance from my hotel. It was late, and the first two I tried were closed, so I ate here. I know nobody goes to Hooters for the food, and they dont hire the waitresses for their brains, but this was the worst restaurant Ive been to in quite a while. There were only a handful of customers, but it took over 15 min to get any service. Then, they got my order wrong, the fries were cold and flavorless, and the chicken and bread in my sandwich were dry and hard. Ive been to Hooters in other in different cities, but this was by far the worst.
