I tried to order online but the order would not process. A ph # was provided for me to call in the order. So I did as prompted. I was given a total to pay the delivery man and was told the pizza would arrive at 8:30. Well, 8:30 came and went. No pizza. I call the local restaurant to complain. The less than courteous manager told me that my order didnt come to that store. I explained I live in the same city. Again I am told I didnt order from them. Then he tells me that i was routed to a call center (in another state he said) SMH. Then he said that the pizza order should have gone to a different store (same county, different town). I asked what diff would that make. Bottom line I ordered pizza and not only was it not delivered as promised, but I didnt even receive a phone call telling me there was a problem. What a joke. I will NEVER use Pizza Hut again. There are way too many pizza chains for them to ve unprofessional and uncaring as they were. I said to the manager thanks to your messed up company, my party was ruined.

We order our wings from Pizza Hut an hour and forty minutes ago! It is Super Bowl Sunday so we just expected that even though the delivery time the online ordering service gave us came and went 40 minutes ago maybe they were just super busy. I finally give in and call since its hours past the game and we are starving to find out they CANCELED OUR ORDER! We gave them a phone number and she said "Well it kept saying to enter an area code and we couldnt call you so we just canceled it." No email. No phone call. Mind you, all she had to do was push 1 before dialing since she had our full number. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. YOUR STAFF IS IDIOTIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL. If my refund isnt back in my account by the morning these people are going to have one pissed off woman in their store. This is ridiculous. Online ordering is supposed to be easier for the store and the guest you twats.,

This particular pizza hut is HORRIBLE, I never write reviews but I felt like I should for this. Not only will I be calling corporate but Im pretty sure Im going to call whoever is their district manager too. Papa johns is the only place you should get fast food pizza in Rowlett. The Pizza Hut here has nothing but RUDE, and INCOMPETENT, employees. They dont care if you get your pizza on time or not. My pizza was OVER AN HOUR LATE, being in the pizza industry in college I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, when I called them they responded with, oh yeah well when our driver gets back Ill send it out. When I asked how long its been sitting there they guy responded with "well its been here for about 30 minutes, do you want it or what?" NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE!

We order from Pizza Hut often and have always had great service and food. Tonight, we ordered at 6:15pm and were told it would be delivered by 6:45pm. At 7pm, we still had not received our order. I called the store and was told that the delivery driver had to help out in the store so he was running late, but would deliver soon. At 7:15, our order was delivered and was, sadly, very cold. The driver didnt even apologize! In the future, I hope that if an order is going to be delivered 30min late, a fresh pizza would be made and delivered instead and that the employee would be honest about the reason when asked about it. Very disappointed in our dinner tonight. I will try again since we have never had an issue before and Im hoping it was just an "off" night.

I called 20 mins before close. They picked up the phone and hung up without saying anything. I called back. The girl picks up and says "were actually closed right now sir". I say "oh, I thought you closed at 11:00 PM?" She replies in a most annoyed way "well, its kind of close to that time now isnt it sir?" I understand not liking your job, But taking my head off is just going to keep me away from your store for ever.. But I guess thats what this employee was hoping for. Wont have to make pizza for a customer that wont come back. Good job snooty booty. Though I will say that in the past I have had great food from this location and met a few good people. But I wont be returning. Goodbye Pizza Hut

The problem with reviews is that people have a tendency to only review when they have bad service. I will gladly give credit where credit is due and this credit is well overdue. I have ordered from this location for the past two years and have had the service i have always expected. I recently made a big order and these guys made sure i was taken care of and has nothing to worry about. My pizzas were all correct and hot even though i was a little late picking them up. Both Josh and Robert were great to me. The staff was nice and Robert even helped me get my order to my car. I am a very happy and satusfied customer.

TERRIBLE LOCATION!!! When I arrived to pick up my pizza, the front desk was deserted and I had to shout for a minute to get an employee to come. When I arrived home, I realized that they had put the wrong sauce on my pizza (which wasnt visible when you check it at the store), so I had to make the trip back there to return the pizza. No one was present at the front desk, again, forcing me to shout to get someone to come... I love pizza hut, but this location is crap. The employees dont do their job.

Its been a few years since the last time I ordered from PH. Now I remember why. I ordered two pizzas with a variety of toppings. One was to have chicken & tomato. It had ham instead, and no tomato. The other had mushrooms, but as you brought a slice of pizza up to your face, a strong smell of mildew assaulted my senses. Finally. The size of a PH large pizza lost a few inches, and the amount of toppings per pizza has also shed a few ounces. Bad pizza. Plain and simple.

Horrible customer service. Placed order over 30 minutes before closing, but never received it. When I called they said they canceled it because it was placed too late. They never bothered to inform me. No compensation was offered. If you dont want to deliver because an order is placed "too late", then dont keep the ordering system open! And have the decency to inform your customers about cancelations instead of leaving them wondering.

Just tried this Pizza Hut. Almost didnt because of the low reviews it had. Glad I went there anyway. The pizza was ready when I got there. I ordered a large super supreme online for $11. There was a sign on the window for any pizza, any toppings for $10. They rang up $11 and I asked why it was not $10. They said the online system did not know about their coupon. They said they would apply the coupon on this order. I will return.

Last time I ordered from them, they either got my order wrong or gave me the wrong pizza. Thought Id give them another chance this evening, but they wont answer the phone. Listened to their annoying recording for 7 minutes before hanging up and they dont give the proper options to order what I want online. I guess they dont want or need my business. Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut Ive ever tried to do business with.
