This afternoon I went through the drive thru to pick up some lunch for myself and my my wife and kids before heading over to Kids Kingdom to let the kids play. The older of my two kids is quite the picky eater so the only thing I ordered him to eat was a large bowl of fruit and a juice. Unfortunately, when we arrived to the park we were disappointed to find that the large bowl of fruit was not in our bag. I usually do not call about things like this but it was the only thing for him to eat for a few hours, and I was hoping to either drive back up there and get it for my son while they played or at least pick it up when we finished at the park. So I called and explained the situation and the manager I spoke to, I believe his name was Mike, not only jumped on it to resolve the issue but suggested a resolution that far exceeded my expectations. He had one of their employees drive over to Kids Kingdom and bring the bowl of fruit to me so that I could spend that time here playing with my kids instead of worrying about it. Not only did they go far above what was necessary by delivering the bowl of fruit to me at the park, but as an additional surprise there were two chocolate chip cookies in the bag as well. Thank you guys very much for the awesome customer service. Chick-fil-A+!

Never have had a problem here in this location. until today. As a retail General Manager I demand all my employees to be highly respectful and always attentive to any and all who are visiting. Dollahn, with a grey shirt here, ignored my standing at the pickup area where people tend to wait for their orders and or get refills on drinks. While one customer was being taken care of I waited my turn, Dollahn walked up and asked the gentleman if he has been attended...then looked at me and proceeded to walk away. I am standing there as well. The other customer noticed as well so I know Im not imagining things. The young employee attending the first customer came back and so did Dollahn. As I was about to speak out, the customer politely told them I was waiting there for assistance as well. Dollahn said nothing, just looked at me as I looked at him as well. The other young employee helped me. Just felt purposely ignored for some reason unknown thats why I am leaving this review. Just to clarify there was no contact before or after.

I have been going to this location since it opened several years ago. I dont remember ever having a problem with anything I have ordered. The staff is always super friendly. The drive thru lane does get backed up during lunch hour, but they bring out associates to take orders so the line moves faster. There is also an app so you can order before you arrive, but I have not used it.q

Fast, friendly, efficient, accurate, delicious. Even better than your average CFA (which is great!) They even take your order and payment while youre in line at the drive through. Dont be intimidated by a long line. They keep it moving fast. Eat here as often as you can afford. <3

Placed my order via the phone app. Normally all goes well however this time there was an error, forgotten items and things wrong. Did not find out until I got home. Went back up to have it fixed and it was, quickly and efficiently. Chick-fil-A is always wonderful in so all areas.

I love Chick-Fil-A, and the one in Rowlett does not disappoint. The food is always excellent and the service is fast and friendly. In addition to all of that, their involvement in the community is a shiny example to us all. They have earned my business as well as my respect.

Service was pleasant, as they got my order wrong. Simple ordet, 8 nuggets grilled, 8 nuggets oeriginal, small coke. Thats it. Got a grilled meal. They did fix it, and left the potato wafer, but if had not checked before I left, guess I would have been out of luck.

This is our go-to place when were in a hurry. They take care of the locals. I wish the food was a bit better, like knowing where the chickens come from and their ratings. Maybe CFA will hop on board will doing better with this.

We went for a quick bite before heading for a sport event. The place was crowded in and out but our order was dispatch in an orderly and fast manner from a very courteous young man. Very pleased with our choice of place to eat.
