Felt like I did something wrong because of the employees attitudes. Horrible consumer service. Dont work there or with people if you are going to be angry and annoyed. It is your job to serve people, you are a carhop. One of the women that work there, a younger one, had a stank face, was short tempered and made me feel very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this sonic. There are two others just down 66 that I would suggest. I too called the manager or "assistant manager" as she said when she answered, Dianara (I dont know exactly how to spell it) but she was not helpful, she was bitchy and was not open to hearing about my experience. I am disgusted at their customer service and will never be going here again.

Sometimes I dont have time to make breakfast. Dont know what I would do without this place. The friendly staff always lets me know if Im ordering something that will take extra time to make, so I can make another selection if I wish to. My order is brought out to me quickly and correctly everytime.

Worst sonic visit ever! I got screamed at by the employees because "I was speaking too loud into the microphone and I needed to back up"??? And on top of that they got my order wrong!! I have never been treated so badly in my life! DONT GO THERE!
