I am a regular customer to this location for my lunch. I have loved the taste but some of the staff really leave a bad taste once you deal with them. Today I was so annoyed by one of the server and his male supervisor that I left the place. Wish they had an ounce of common sense to respect customers. We dont mind paying for extra salsa but we mind their bad attitude and bad management.

This is a bad qudoba and not representitive of great qudoba food! This food is poorly made, in a rush, with workers speaking about you in Spanish when you order something unique and actually make them fulfill part of their job!!! I still love qudoba but not here definitely try another location. ... the meats and seasoning of the food is scant and poorly cooked!

First time here. Good food, similar to Chipotle. Free guacamole was nice, unlike Chipotle where you have to pay for it. Wasnt very crowded, but we went around 1:30, so maybe missed the big lunch crowd. Service was good, but didnt get a really good explanation about the menu when I told them it was our first time.

They have student discounts on Tuesdays which means I made a habit of visiting every week. The burrito bowl is very good, fresh and you get free guacamole. The people serving sometimes are hard to understand so make sure you get exactly what you clarify what items you need.

Nachos fed both my husband and I, but we typically split all meals. It was good, however we needed more chips for the amount of topping, I cant really complain about that too much. Id give it five stars but it just isnt as good as Freebirds.

Food was terrible. Traveled a great distance to get here. Smelled of cleaning supplies almost didnt eat. Wasnt greeted as a customer but as a nuisance. They had 45 minutes till close and getting off work was all that mattered to them.

if you want to try something new I suggest this place. Way better then chipotle has way more suggestions to add to your food. Nice people, clean area to eat. You can either choose to eat inside or outside. Nice area and location.

Appalling customer service. Extremely rude and unhelpful employees. Dont bother placing an online order, it will be completely wrong as apparently they cant even read their own receipts and menu.

Food is okay. Prefer Chipotle or Freebirds. We asked for a cup with a lid for our 2 yr old so he wouldnt spill water everywhere. They said the cups were only for people who paid for sodas...

Good stuff, there are a few shops that do sandwiches this way, but this place adds a good alternative. Its popular among the UT Dallas crowd so I find myself here quite a bit.
