Got there around 3, most tables were taken by fellow night owls. Once seated, waitress came after 5 mins, took drink orders, received them about 15-20mins after w/ no creamer for our coffee. She took our order & didnt come back to check on us or w/food for another 30 mins. Waitress was not friendly, had an unapproachable expression the whole time & only checked on us once. Our pancakes & French toast also had way too much syrup. A lot of waitresses there seemed to lack personable qualities & even though it was mostly full (its small), we were one of the last parties to arrive during the time we were there so service could have been better. Verdict-There are definitely better Ihops. Would not recommend.

We went in to have breakfast at noon and were the second group waiting. It was busy as it was Sunday after church. Many more guests continued to arrive. They then seated 4 ahead of my party of 3 and another party of 3. I was going to ignore it but a lady of the other party questioned them on it. I couldnt take it after I witnessed the waitress and manager speak condescendingly the party. I informed them we were also bumped and please do not speak to the customers the way you did to the lady and we would be eating elsewhere. Then was asked not to leave! Service at Dennys just down the street was excellent :)

We had the sweetest waitress! She was attentive without being annoying. I ordered the turkey sandwich. OMG was it ever good! Served on marbled bread, the sandwich was a heaping amount of REAL turkey breast (not the cheap deli-in-a-bag crap) served with tomato and lettuce. Normally you get bacon on it, which i didnt want. So the waitress brought it on a separate plate so hubby could add it to his burger. One the side were huge onion rings. Well breaded, not greasy, and oh so onion-ee! I also recommend their blended mango drinks. Non-alcoholic and fruity!

Any other time I go here I how no problems, however I called in just a few minutes ago tonight to make a carry out order, and Mark who claims he is the manager on duty said they were closed. Being confused I hung up and called back thinking I must have dialed the wrong number. I called back again and was told by the same person after having to ask what was going on, that the grills were down and that there was a system issue- with attitude of course. It sounds like he was lying because he was too lazy to take an order.

I ordered a monster burger from them and some mozzarella sticks. Not only did they take long but when I got my order the meat was red and undercooked, ground beef should not be like that it can have ecoli. All they did was take it off my order like WTF its not only me you know alot of people go here to eat and I feel bad for peoples children that eat that. Hopefully google post my photo of the burger soon.

If you like IHOP restaurants, then I suggest going here and asking to be seated in Jerrals (#2018) section. One of the best servers I have ever had -- hes worthy of a high-class restaurant. He was very personable and attentive without being a pest. Id give the restaurant 5 stars if it werent for the frequently horrendous parking -- but evidently people are willing to endure the crowded parking.

Have been to a lot of I hops and this is the best. Starting with the greeting as soon as you enter, great service, food on time and hot, the staff are the best. KIM is the best,!!! when I say best, I mean you dont have to wait for refill or nothing super attentive!! I go there probably every day if possible. Love this place and Miss. KIM. Definitely a 5 star and 100% recommend!!!

We came in and sat down and watched as waitresses walked by us for about 10 minutes! Nobody came over to check on us or to even ask for drink orders. After a few more minutes we just walked out and the manager, who was standing near the exit, never bothered to ask why we were leaving, just said thank you as we walked out. Terrible service!!!

I have been going to this IHOP for several years and have been served by everyone on all shifts and I have always received excellent, friendly, speedy service. The food quality and quantity have always been excellent too. Such an overall level of excellence, I believe, is a strong indication of an excellent management.

The manager was terribly rude, the staff was fine, but the manager is absolutely horrid. Also when I order Belgian Waffles for $7.50 I expect more than ONE waffle. This is hands down the worst IHOP Ive ever been to and I will not return, and thats sad because the staff (besides the manager) is actually nice.

Off work, a bit hungry. Went to this IHOP around 1:30am. Food was very good and the Service was excellent. Our server was Chris. Didnt have to wait for refills, was polite and clearly spoken. Made sure we we set right and ready to go. For my mom, she loved the eggs, finally someone who can cook them!!

The folks who work here are great! I came in for a late evening bite recently and got greeted in a friendly fashion, seated promptly and got my food quickly and with good quality. The waitress kept a keen eye on my iced tea which was great as I needed a lot after a warm day...

Bathroom s always need attention. people seem to come in off the street or freeway just to use and abuse camodes. Get seated as far away from them aa possible. They should install extractor fans. Problem would be solved. Food and staff hard working/ excellent.

Its ihop. Not great, not bad. Always there for you when you want faux cheeze blitzens. All the waitresses are professional waitresses, so the service is always good. The parking lot is super hinky - huge potholes, awkward shape, impossible to get out of.

Server Carlos is great! Food is priced and tastes as expected for IHOP; not outstanding, but good, and a practical place for any age groups, family and/or friends to dine. Plus, you can eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner any time during hours of operation.

Ate here on a Sunday morning a few weeks ago. Was absolutely impressed with the speed, efficiency and quality of the service and food. There where about 10 people in line ahead of us and we still got seated, ate and left in under an hour.

This trip grad team good service from Jamail. He was so polite and made great suggestions to make our meal perfect, including our additional take out orders. I wish the restaurant was bigger and the parking was easier.

It was horrible. I ordered a coffee and the mug had lipstick on it. I told the server and she took it as a joke and said it happened very often didnt even apologize. Definitely left that place and will never go back.
