I went to this ihop location today with my boyfriend. I ordered a medium t-bone steak and he ordered country fried steak along with our side items and an order of plain toast. Our food came out and we were missing the toast which is fine so I reminded her. While she went to go get my that, I checked my steak by cutting it and it was more than well done. So I sent that back and I got my toast. My boyfriend was eating his food and a few minutes later. My waitress came back with my steak. I saw a cut in it and thought they cut it to check it but then realized it was a cold steak that was given to me earlier.. she told me it was a new steak. I looked in the cut I made and it was the same over cooked steak... Gave them a 2 instead of 1 star because the manager was more than helpful when it came to me getting my check. But bottom line is that they shouldnt have sent out a steak that I already had..

I called in my order for pick up. First off the girl was very slow. I ordered an omelette and she asked how I wanted my eggs cooked. I told her its an omelette it only comes one way. Also ordered the breakfast sampler, order over easy eggs. When I got home they were scrambled. When I was in the store they pretty much said I didnt have an order because the girl put it under the wrong name. Then the cook or whoever brings out the food and says "vicky" which I already figured out that it was mine because they told me they put it under the wrong name. So I walked to the counter and said thats mine. They told me no. I said I heard him say my name. So I went and sat back down. 2 minutes later the guy said oh wait this is your order. Everyone there is not very bright.

I am writing this review as I am sitting here listening to a waitress arguing with a waiter about skipping turns for a table. I came here to study in a nice quiet calm place before a big test and instead I am so distracted by the waiters arguing, the cooks arguing. Maybe if they would put some low music I would be able to tune them out but no. You can hear everything, not getting a good vibe. To top it off 5 mins after I got my food I got my check to go. I dont recommend this location. You are better off at McDonalds to be honest with you which was my first option.

Just left and had the absolute WORST service I have ever had. My so called server "Triston" took my order, dropped off my lukewarm food, didnt ask if I needed anything, or a refill, or anything and then disappeared and never saw him again until I was finished. I wanted my check so he dropped that off and lurked around until I filled in and signed the tip. He got $.01, one cent, and a note written on both sides of the tip sheet, "WORST SERVICE EVER". Next time, Ill just go to Dennys!

Our family loves Estilo Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse! Its our favorite place to celebrate an anniversary, birthday, or special occasion. The atmosphere is elegant without being stuffy. The service is always incredible. And the food; wonderful. Like other restaurants of the same genre, there is no meal menu -- just two fixed price choices....harvest table only (think fabulous salad bar) and harvest table + meats and sides.

Food was great.We had scrumbled eggs with veggies and pancakes, omelette, fried chicken tenders and waffles, all was so yummy, served hot and fresh. Big meals, price was according to size and quality of the meals. Service was good, considering it was so crowded. The only complaint is that it wasnt super clean.. on floor you could see some food crumbs, they did clean it later but.. still.

Worst place ever... The server sat us at the table and left. All the other servers walked all over us for about 15 minutes without anyone asking our drink order, or our food order. Was ready to go, but Once the manager Nesha noticed we had not been waited on she took care of us the rest of the experience. Shes the best thing there; "will not be back to this location though".

It is IHOP, nothing bad or good about it. I was really disappointed that I received burned pancakes. I said something to the waiter about it and he told me, "Sorry we are busy, hope they are better next time. " Yeah never going to be a next time. Will say besides that comment and crappy pancakes that I did like his service and appreciated the host who sat us too.

Waited 7 minutes and no one offered too get me a drink including the manager. They only had one server and she received no help from the manager. I am at Dennys now drinking some water and waiting for my food to come. IHOP train your managers too help the server. BTW two elderly gents left with us. They are here at Denny s also.

Poor service! Walked in around 7PM, nobody up front to seat us, so we wait...then another family walks in after us and they get seated before we do. The host completely ignored us...a waiter saw us and he came to us but the host had him do something as soon as he grabbed the menus. We walked out.

It was a nice quiet and clean place, the food was good. The service was good as well, the only thing I didnt like was they brought our food out one at a time instead of together. I would go back though they were very busy and our waitress was very nice and apologetic about it.

The service was relatively quick for breakfast. My friend ordered a omlette and it was really massive, I definitely recommend eating here. And if your friends dont want to eat here bring them anyways so they can watch you enjoy some delicious food.

Excellent joint for food and service. Been going for 20 years to THIS one and it is topshelf all the way. Dont let the reviews from disgruntled former employees fool you. They were fired for a reason. IHOP standards are high. The coffee ROCKS

I had a great meal there this evening. Zac was a really good server, very friendly . I lost an earring so if anybody finds it please let me know. It is costume jewelry but it was a gift so its got no value to anyone but me.

Should have gone to McDonalds instead. I believe that our food was microwaved and brought to the table. So nastiy, almost had to vomit on the table. Nothing against waiters but yes, forget about menu thats has no quality.

I got the 2*2*2. He eggs were runny and disgusting. Even after getting them recooked they had zero appeal. Pancakes were not hot and were small and thick. Just a bizarre and gross experience here. Will AVOID this IHOP!

No Apple pancakes but who would know if it was true since the staff had to either get off the phone or quit talking to their peers to even acknowledge a customer. I left and went somewhere that wanted my business.

Hate it .. my birthday coupon has to be printed out b4 the stupid manager can let me have free meal. Not a good ihop service .. i am going to another one. Definitely not going back. Losing me is ur lost.
