The place looked very modern. The countertops were new and shiny. There were plugs to charge your phone. It was a nice look. The menu board was understandable, and I did like the suggestions section. It was weird to see them have a random assortment of snacks. They werent even Asian. I felt like maybe Pocky or something would have fit the shop better. The Hong Kong Milk Tea (With boba) was fine. The boba was chewy and overall good. The tea itself had too much ice. Which cuts down on the amount of tea you need. It was sweet without being too much and overall good milk tea. We waited a long time for our fish tofu, though. And I was a bit disappointed by the fact that it wasnt tofu with a fishy taste or something. It was just fish cakes. Sure, it did mention that, but I was misled by my own thoughts. Not the shops fault. But it did take a long time. To the point that my companion and I were asking the cashier about the wait time. A simple warning might have been better. But it wasnt bad. It was mildly fried fish cakes with a mildly spicy but mostly sweet sauce. It did feel a little...overpriced, though. But it was something different. Overall, not a bad place. I wouldnt mind going back again and trying the takoyaki or something. But I wouldnt entirely recommend

Must check this place out! The newly renovated space is gorgeous, it is delicious boba drinks combined with a larger modern space that me and my friends hang out in after grabbing drinks. Boba Latte has always made fresh drinks to order, if you order smoothies/slushies they use real fresh fruit. The addition of snacks and desserts are a nice touch that compliment the drinks. The staff are extremely friendly while being fast and efficient, the place is always clean as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to grab the best boba drink in Dallas and chill in a very nice modern spot. Food/Drinks: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Cleanliness: 10/10 Atmosphere: 10/10 Personal recommendation: Julies Special w/ Boba if you want a slushie. Milk Tea w/ Boba if you want something more traditional.

boba latte is very near-and-dear to my heart! there pretty much isnt a drink they cant make so you can customize its sweetness, flavors, milk type, etc. they make their own grass jelly and its delicious - i love pairing it with a jasmine milk tea. coffee drinks use real espresso and you can add boba or jelly to those too. i recommend the boba latte, which is their vietnamese coffee, especially if youre a coffee lover like me. they have pies now!?! smooth criminal and ebony & ivory are the best. theyve switched their cute little store to a more spacious, sophisticated one. great place for hanging out with friends or getting your work done.

Every time Ive been here the order has taken a very long time to come out. Once I even ordered pie (that they already have prepared) and there were only maybe three other customers and it still took fifteen minutes for my order to come out. Once it did I went back to the counter for silverware and the staff looked at me like I was asking for too much. I didnt appreciate the unwarranted rude behavior. The pies are great since they are from Emporium Pies but its not worth coming to this location if the service is poor. The boba itself is okay. Im not sure if it even matters but they do not have sealed lids. It just comes in regular cups.

This was my first visit after the relocation next door and I like what they have done. There is plenty of seating now and even a large concrete table to charge your laptop and phone. I highly recommend the smoothies since they are made with real fruit. They serve food now and even Emporium pies. That was a nice surprise and I’ll have to try them on my next visit. Dont forget to sign up with their loyalty program partner FiveStars if you come often. You get a free drink after 10 drink purchases and I also get text messages that provides discounts/specials from time to time. Who doesnt like free/discounts?

Best place in Dallas for an authentic bubble tea experience. This has been my go to establishment for years. The teas have great aroma, while the smoothies/slushies are rich and flavorful. My go to are usually jasmine tea with boba, mango slushie with aloe vera or the avocado smoothie with yes....boba again. They just opened the new location next door which is a welcome for those that prefer to dine in. For those that want to work, there is a table that can seat 8 with power and usb charging. Cant wait to try out their food offerings.

I have been to different teas houses in the Dallas area (I.e. teahouse, when it was open, I <3 boba, and tapioca house), but Boba Latte has been the gold standard as the green tea is fragrant and delicious, as it should be. Be prepared for a wait on the weekends. I like the mini boba, but they run out frequently which causes me to turn to lychee or grass jelly as a substitute. Their smoothies are also delicious and I would recommend their mango or passion fruit/strawberry options. Recommended combination: green milk tea with mini boba.

Move over Starbucks. This little gem has the best coffees. Try the Boba Latte or one of the frappes! So good! Not a coffee person? Go for one of the teas, smoothies or slushies. Everyone in my group was very impressed with their drinks. We will definitely be back! There are some food items on their menu that we fully intend on going back to try. They also carry Emporium Pies! No more driving to Bishop Arts or McKinney for a slice of pie! Check them out when youre in the area.

i came in today to order a green milk tea with pudding. the cashier was unfriendly nor was he helpful by any means. when i asked him what type of milk they use, he told me whole milk. later a friend that came with me told me he laughed behind my back after i was done. apart from the bad service, the drink itself tasted of powder. the quality of the drink compared to tapioca house on the other side of chinatown was beyond comparison

Best bubble tea Ive had! Plus a huge variety of drinks/variations. My personal favorite is Julies Special with large boba (they normally make it with small boba) - its a tropical fruit smoothie (mango and some other stuff), and they add grapefruit pieces, which is a great addition to the boba. They also add pieces of fruit to their fruit fusion tea. I usually get tea to go, since theres not much sitting room. Definitely recommended!

Loved it ... They know me by name, and when I walk in, my drink is in hand by the time I pay for it. The service is friendly and to the point. They quickly take care of any mistake. I dropped my drink as I was leaving, and they provided a new one right away. This is the place to be. They are in the process of expanding their small space to a bigger place which is good because they sometimes get thier small space quite crowded.

Their green tea is very strong in aroma and flavor! I love being able to taste the tea in my beverages. Always received fast service, and they are super nice. Once when my beverage was a bit too sweet, they were so nice and kept willing to fix it, even asked if I wanted them to remake it! The shop is very clean and bright, but looks a little boring (but its okay! Its not the end of the world lol, at least their tea is bomb)
