This is my very first review written for Starbucks and it is unfortunate that it is NOT due to a great experience.... New employee (Meeko) on the register. She is very poised, very welcoming presentation. She asked for help because I had a "not a regular coffee drinker" question...first team member ignored her (Eric), second team member began punching keys to adjust my order WITHOUT clarifying what I wanted, nor did she walk the newbee through the change made.... THE STRAW that broke the camels back during this visit is such: "second team member" (wish I got her name) while filling other customers orders, she begins yelling out all my errors of how I ordered!!!!!....(in her best professional, flustered, sarcastic voice)...FORGIVE ME!....I dont use "grande", "machiato" nor "barista" on a regular basis!!! THEN....I call back to speak with management, "Eric" tells me, "maam we are really busy right now." Wow!! Lol!!!! McDonalds even sees through a complaint!!! What An embarrassing, humiliating waste of time and money experience!! The frustration is simple...I too work, I too deal with the public, during the "rush hour" and steady flow of the day, but its my responsibility and personal duty to meet the needs of those who keep me in business...CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING! This is the FIRST Starbucks Ive ever visited and having to leave feeling as if I will never return!

Out of all of the Starbucks locations Ive ever been to, this one is consistently the worst. If there is somewhere you need to be and you dont have 30 minutes to wait on a simple order...find a different location. They cant even manage to get a mobile order done ahead of time. Whats the point of mobile ordering if I walk in 15 minutes (with an 8-9 minute garauntee) and the cup is hanging out on the counter empty. Get it together, Teel & Main!

Positively the worst Starbucks ever. I visit this location several times a year when visiting family. Its always the same. The drive through line is usually 6 cars deep. Going inside is worse. I waited about 25 minutes to order and receive one coffee drink today. Either put in more staff and an extra machine or open an additional location. Will be happy to get home to my Nespresso machine. Theres never a wait.

the first time i went here was awesome. but its really gone down hill in the last few months. its taken me over 15 minutes to get my drink the last 2 times Ive been there. The drive through line is always blocking traffic. It seems like theres a TON of people working there, but nothing is ever getting done. Starbucks needs another location close so this one isnt so overwhelmed.

I have a few rewards on my account and they are reserved for my weekend drinks. The staff without telling me used my reward for the sandwich I ordered and the next day I had to repeat myself like 10 times before he understood to use the coupon code for the sandwich not my reward again. Very frustrated!!!

Great staff. Horrible management. Routinely out of items they need to make advertised drinks. 8pm on a busy Sunday night (during the Xmas holidays) and theres literally one person working. Hes running the drive-thru, front counter and making the drinks. Felt so bad for the guy.

The baristas here are consistently friendly. The inside of the store was redone in late 2015 or early 2016 and is very comfortable. This location has a Drive Thru which can be quite crowded at peak hours. This location has also applied for a permit to serve alcohol.

The service is good and its a nice location, people working there are really friendly, it just happened that whenever I use the mans room its not clean , especially the sink , it looks like they dont clean it daily , that would be the only negative things for me

Good location, friendly and quick staff and the music isnt too loud. Service with a smile as well. Four stars because there was no milk available and the floor was a little dirty.
