Its more of a brunch vibe than it is a coffee vibe. You could say its cute, though its not my taste. The food is not bad, but its overpriced for what you get both in quality and quantity. If you know anything about coffee equipment, their machines seem top notch. Im pretty sure they had a Mahlkonig EK43 grinder. Unfortunately, to my taste, the coffee wasnt noticeably better than say, Fourteen Eighteen down the street. In fact, I heartily prefer Fourteen Eighteen if its a question about coffee. Again, I think this is more focused on being a bakery, brunch AND a coffee place, and I think thats why the coffee is just fine, not particularly excellent or notable. It seems like a good place to plunk down your laptop and work though. Its got great lighting and its in a good location. Ill also note that theres an absurdly high amount of IKEA furniture in here. All in all, its cute I suppose, but I dont think the coffee is that notable. I did not get to try some of the baked goods but those actually looked pretty nice.

This place had a fun vibe and is recommended to try if you want something other than your standard Starbucks. They had live music with the front doors propped open when I went there on Sunday about 11am. It was already muggy out so I was surprised they had the doors open, but after the dude wrapped up his set, they closed the doors and piped in music over the speakers while the AC worked to make it more comfortable. Mocha was decent, but not super great. Wife had regular drip and it was also fairly decent. Will have to go back several more times to get a true feel on the coffee quality. They also serve food and some alcohol, but thats something else Ill need to try on a subsequent visit.

Best coffee in Dallas, I have worked in the industry for 6 years and been to every place in Dallas and have to say they are the best around. Strong contenders even against assention, oak cliff coffee roasters or houndstooth. Super cozy interior with nice and simple decorating, tv for all the people who want to catch the game while drinking some coffee, really cool modern industrial feel. Great espresso from novel roasters, nitro cold brew, garnished lemonade and teas and amazing semi auto pour over siphons. Top notch place, cute enough for a date yet classy enough for a business meeting. Great baristas on top of that. All around one of the best places in all of DFW!

The atmosphere and service is fantastic. The coffee is great as well. So far, Ive had a pour over and a latte, and my wife has had two different kinds of lattes, and weve been thrilled with every cup. The food is also amazing, and Im pleased with the fact that almost everything is made fresh on location and the produce is farm to table. My only issue is that the food portions are kind of small for the price you pay. I understand that direct to farm means a higher price tag, but it seemed like $25 for one breakfast and two drinks should have you leave full and maybe with some leftovers. Still, Im kind of nitpicking here.

Stopped in for an iced coffee and a sweet treat the other week. What a pleasant surprise! XO has a totally different vibe than the other coffeehouse in downtown Plano and I think both are going to do really well. XO is set up to work - lots of plug-ins and tables arranged for conversations, meetings or just sitting and working. My iced coffee was delicious! No milk or sweetener needed - it was incredibly smooth. The best part? The barista (Ian) took time to get to know us, made recommendations and gave us a taster before we decided what we wanted. This is an A++ spot!!

I really wanted to like everything about this place. Unfortunately, the food proved me wrong. The almond and cranberry muffin was terrible. I asked if they could heat it up but somehow it came back as biscotti, crunchy and stale. My tea wasnt good and my friends coffee wasnt the best either (so he said). On the upside, its a great location, the staff is super friendly, and the building itself is quaint and comforting.

So first off I noticed that the owner replies to mostly good reviews and not many bad reviews. Second we had frozen vanilla cupcake and it tasted nothing like a cupcake and really was not that good. Third someone who ordered after me got their order before I did.... terrible service! Will try this place one more time because I want to try a frozen chocolate cupcake.... hoping they were just having a off day

The food is good, not many options but it is a coffee shop. Staff is friendly and always goes above and beyond to answer any questions. I would give this place 5 stars but I have been asking for a dark roast since they have opened. Their coffee is too weak and they dont offer a dark roast which is not good business for a coffee shop. Please get a dark roast and I would love to post a new review.

Best addition to downtown Plano! Everything is delicious from their coffee with or without their homemade syrups, to their expertly crafted cuisine. The baristas are ridiculously friendly and the owners always make sure to stop by your table! Try their chefs vegetable soup and the brownie cheesecake jar!!!

They tried hard and failed. If you order 2 coffees, 1 chocolate and a piece of cake, you get coffees. In 5 minutes you get chocolate. In other 5 minutes you get cake. Just in time when your coffees are ice cold and almost finished. AC system is awkward. Layout sucks. Coffee is not that bad though

I really love the environment there! It is beyond cozy and there is something about the atmosphere that makes it really comfortable. The prices are a bit expensive for a somewhat small coffee, but apart from that I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend trying this place out!

My fiancé and I finally popped into XO Coffee in downtown Plano. The ambiance and coffee are delightful. He got the chai tea latte and I got a vanilla latte. Great place to relax and study too. Well definitely come back to try their food and other drinks.

Not impressed. Cheap plastic furniture, overpriced food, and mediocre coffee. All hard surfaces + loud music + lots of people talking = a lot of noise. It feels like the place is trying to be more than what it is. Plus, its just not warm and comfortable.

Its nice to have another good coffee shop in the suburbs. Bright and airy feel with good coffee and food and friendly baristas. Parking could be a pain during lunch, dinner, and weekends. I have no problems since I get my coffee in the morning.

Not sure how I feel yet. Their drip coffee seems to always be out when I go in for a quick cup before I go back to work. I tried a latte recently and they dont seem to know how to create microfoam, mine looked like a bubble bath and tasted off.

Weird and janky. The interior design and overall aesthetic and branding just screams cheesy and illegitimate. The coffee was okay, but not as good as it should be for a place that seems to being attempting something resembling a coffee shop.

I had the carnivore omelette and a mocha... both were very good. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I liked the interior a lot as well. Everything was spotless and they cleaned up immediately as customers left.
