I would like to say that I love eating at Subway. I never had any problems with there food until tonight on April 9, 2013 around 7:15 p.m. I had gotten a flat bread footlong ham sandwich with all the veggies. So when I had gotten home I gave my my half and I the other. I was in the kitchen eating when I noticed a LIVE SMALL SLIMY BUG CRAWLING ON THE PAPER THAT MY SANDWICH WAS ON. THE FACT THAT I COULD HAVE EATEN OR MY MOM FOR THAT BUG FOR A FACT. SO I IMMEDIATELY DROPPED AND THREW UP MY SANDWICH. I TOLD MY MOM NOT TO EAT ANY MORE OF THE SANDWICH. I GRABBED ALL MY EVIDENCE WITH MY RECEIPT AND TOOK IT STRAIGHT BACK TO SUBWAY. WHEN I ASKED THE GUY TO SPEAK TO HIS MANAGER HE BROUGHT SOME OLDER LADY OUT AND SHE ASKED HOW SHE COULD HELP ME. I TOLD HER YES SHE COULD AND TOLD HER HOW I FOUND THAT SMALL SLIMY BUG WRAPPED INSIDE MY FOOD AND THAT FACT THAT I COULD HAVE ATE IT AND DIED BECAUSE IT WAS A POISONOUS BUG AT THAT. I DEMANDED MY MONEY BACK AND THAT THE MANGER DO SOMETHING BUT NONE OF THEM SEEMED SO CONCERNED LIKE WHAT THE HECK!!!!!!!! WHAT IF IT WAS YOUR FREAKING CHILD THAT COULD HAVE ATE THAT BUG???!!!! IM CONTACTING THE PROSPER HEALTH DEPARTMENT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING, BECAUSE IF IT HAPPEN TO ME THAN IT COULD HAPPEN TO SOMEONE ELSE. I HAD TOLD EVERY CUSTOMER THAT WENT TO SUBWAY NOT TO EAT THERE OF WHAT HAPPEN TO ME AND THE ONES I TOLD HAD YOUNG CHILDREN THAT WAS FIVE AND UNDER. SO IM URGING PEOPLE NOT TO EAT THERE IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR LIFE BECAUSE OF SOMEONES CARELESSNESS. IM MAKING SURE THEY BE UNDER A FULL INVESTIGATION BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND WILL NOT STOP UNTIL JUSTICE HAS BEEN SERVED!! I HAVE PROOF BECAUSE IM ON CAMERA AND I HAVE THE MANAGERS NAME ALSO

We usually go to the other Subway in Prosper on Preston Rd (which is great) but it was late on Sunday night and the other one was closing. Got a meatball marinara for my son who usually loves them. From the meatballs to the cheese to the bread to the sauce, it all tasted "funny" which I interpret as stale (from the looks of the meatballs). He could barely finish it. The food and toppings area in the store looked messy. I wont trust them again here. Apparently the management here doesnt have the high standards of most of the other Subways I have been to.

The two employees decided to close at 9:43 rather than 10:00, which is their normal as advertised closing time. All of the sandwich supplies had been packed up and the counters cleaned. When I walked up to the counter they said they had to clean up early on this night. Friends of the employees were dressed in Halloween costumes and waiting for them at one of the tables. They were eating snacks and they were giggling all the while. It seemed funny to them that the shop was closed early.

Today at 5:33 pm I drive up and find the subway employee that puts my sandwich together standing beside the front door smoking a cigarette and playing on their phone. This has happened multiple times. Dear subway- it is disgusting and a bad representation of your business. I am not impressed that your smoking employee puts his cigarette out on the brick wall beside the door and he smells of stale smoke as he follows me to the "fresh" vegetables.

The employee behind the counter was attentive to the portions and didnt just lump ingredients into the sub. He meticulously sprinkled veggies out and I appreciated that. He also asked how much of each dressing I wanted, which Ive never been asked before. Ive dinged one star for the avocado, it was mostly brown. Other than that, it was a good experience and the place was clean.

The employee making our sandwiches was so high he couldnt count to one. It took FOREVER for him to make two sandwiches, I didnt know if wed ever get out of there
