Ok, ive held my peace about this place for long enough, and its time to give the low down on it. As with every which wich the ingredients are top notch....love the ingredients. The service? After 7pm is RATCHET. If youre not black dont expect the same level of service. Im white with ancestors from Senegal and The Gambia. Im about to tell Yolanda and the crew this family fact next time im in there and challenge them do they even know enough about black history to stop judging their customers. Its to the point that they make the sandwich, put it on the counter and dont even call my name when its ready...because they dont want to bother! >:-(

It was a horrible mistake to grab my lunch here. I came. On a Friday during my 5pm lunch break. The children behind the counter took 20 minutes to make my 14 inch sandwich. Just waiting for my dine in order made me late returning from lunch break. I couldnt eat the, and had to eat at my desk. Thats when I noticed the child employees put completely different toppings on my sandwich than I had written/requested in red marker on the brown bag covering. The worst part of all was contacting the food bourne illness from their pathetic sandwich which has caused me to be sicker than hell for three days. sandWICH WHICH will make you sick!!!

I have worked for Which Wich company for three weeks . I did not have any idea that there was an ownership change . I have not been paid yet for my work. Only today the new owner gave me a check for one weeks worth of my work. The manager said quote " I already quit because I did not turn up for work yesterday and gave 30 mins notice." I do not work for free .Until unless I get paid in full i do not give in any extra hours. Just because I am in need of money I am afraid to complain . What if they dont pay the rest of my money? I Demand my pay. But who is listening!!

I worked for a which wich in Indiana, and love it.... the owners were amazing!!! Huge shout out to the Mueting family!!! I moved back to Texas in November 2015... and got employees by another franchisee of which wich. Noticed some very drastic differences. They did not follow the "Which Wich Bible". They did not do things the Which Wich way. And as I was doing prep one night. I found mold on the meat/cheese slicer.

Quality products, quality service. There is such a wide range of possibilities that no matter what your palate is in the mood for you will find it here. If you dont, well, then it doesnt exist. From the moment you walk in all of your senses are engaged. The atmosphere is lively and the staff service was top notch. Thank you Which Wich.

First time going to which wich and had the worst customer service there.. Like their attitude was definitely not pleasant. Sat at my table and was wondering how long it was taking for the food to be ready and apparently it was already made but they did not even advise me that it was ready. Will never go to one ever again.

Update: this place is always good. Consistently good, fresh, and quick. Best WW Ive ever been to. Great service. They know how to get the lunch crowd served quickly. They make the best sandwiches of any WW around. Every time I eat lunch here I tell my wife how good it was.

The sandwiches are awesome. My only complain is that it takes a long time for the sandwiches to be made (by long I mean like 15 minutes.) If youre eating on the run, I dont recommend it. Otherwise its a great place to eat and one of my favorite lunch stops.

The app makes avoiding the crowd at lunch easy. Superior quality and more varied menu options than other chain shops in the vicinity. Shonda kept the line going for me right when she could have closed up... She is fantastic!

The food is good but I rarely get what Ive order. If 5 employees are on 3 of them are milling about in the order line for some reason. They arent ordering food, if thats what you think they may be doing.

Whenever im in the Dallas area, I must get a whichwich black bean burger sandwich. Its one of the best fast food sandwiches ive eaten! Tip: If you check in with Yelp - you can get a free cookie!
