Way over priced for theportion/ quality. When I called to complain that my husbands sandwich only had 1/2 a piece cheese & a 1/4 piece of a meat on the Wicked sandwich which as advertised was supposed to have 5 slices of meat & 3 slices of cheese, the girl responded by saying "ok". We paid 11.75 for this aweful tasting sandwich. I came back to give this location a 2nd chance but I will NEVER go back. No wonder the place was empty!

The food is good as always BUT the service was very unfriendly and untimely. I placed my 8 sanwich order the day before for an 11am pickup. Got there at 11 and the guy at the register rudely claimed they were told this was an 11:45 pickup. Ummmm, my meeting starts at 11:30, I placed the order and wouldve NEVER told you guys that. I am late for my meeting and I have evryones lunch. Great!

The portions are too small, They need a large sandwich option and just a little cheaper price point. Those are my ONLY complaints. The flavors though...AMAZING. The wicked is my favorite but the pork tenderloin comes really close. Theres a club and a shrimp po boy that tastes good too. I love this chain...LOVE IT!!!

food was good, but when I asked if they offer military discount I was told "when more places offer my family police discounts, Ill help veterans cause cops live more dangerous lives." Not saying police shouldnt be taken care of or that I expect a military discount, but the whole situation kinda put me off to returning.

As others have mentioned, they are kind of pricy considering you are getting a relatively small sandwich with basic lunch meat. For this reason I usually just get the large sandwich with no chips or drink. However, I would tend to choose it over Subway for the variety. The staff is quick and the store is always clean.

dont go they dont know how to use there own stuff the sandwhich was made wrong they didnt know how to refund money they dont accept coupons to there own store this is amazing worst service and the staff needs to be trained badly they dont know how to split payment so they just put it all on one card pethatic

Not knowing nothing about this place, my cousins took me here . If you dont know how to order, youll look dumb lol. The shake I got was delicious, e en if it was a mistake. Sandwich was good, gyro meat is usually grilled, I dont think they did.

finally come go a conclusion about Which Wich--not just this one. The food is pretty decent, but I cant think of a slower sandwich shop that Ive been to. Its often the deciding factor when Im out looking to get something quickly.

This is a decent sandwich shop - I would argue, as a chain, it has better quality ingredients than the other, larger chains. I like being able to customize my sandwich on paper, and you can choose to have hot or cold.

If you want a crappy sandwich that tastes like cardboard, I would definitely suggest Subway. If you want an actually tasty sandwich, I would go to Which Wich.

Overall the service was OK but the restaurant had dirty tables and several of the drinks dispenser were empty and employee did not seemed bothered about it

Do it yourself subs. You must use paper and pen yourself to order the sub you desire. Can be very pricey if you dont keep yourself in check.
