I would give zero stars but thats not an option. I went to eat around 430 pm today and had the worst experience Ive ever had at a restaurant. First thing that was wrong, my waiter refilled my soda and put a lemon in it that I did not ask for and then tried to play it off like Dr. Pepper comes with lemon "sometimes" as he said. second my waiter was at the table next to mine and was bitching to himself about the customers not leaving him a big enough tip. It took forever to even pay our ticket to get out of the place about 15 minutes or so even when I would put my elbow on the table and hold my card up where he could see it. and lastly, my biggest issue, there was a half inch width and inch long equipment metal BOLT IN MY FOOD!!!! The manager seemed confused as did my family but didnt offer to comp my meal until a few minutes after telling me I dont know how this happened and what peice of equipment this was. Then they took my one dish off when I feel they should have gave my kids and husband and all of us our meal no charge. Even though it was not her fault she offered to make the food herself. They re made my meal for me but if I would have bitten into the buffalito taco things without seeing the damn bolt it would have no doubt broke all my teeth where I would have bitten down and the company would be under a huge lawsuit and would be paying for my dental reconstruction. I could have broke my teeth or even choked on the damn bolt. I felt like they thought it was no big deal that they served me A BOLT in my food. I was a waitress before myself and I know that there is a way to keep things like this from happening. It is not only a cooks responsibility but also the waiter or whoever brings the food to make sure everything looks correct as it was ordered and in this case make sure there is no objects in the food that do not belong. This is the scariest experience Ive ever had at a restaurant in my entire life. I will NEVER EVER eat at any Buffalo wild wings in the future again if this is how the franchise trains people to be careless with other peoples food, drinks, and satisfaction. If a huge bolt the size of my pinky finger could wind up in my food and be served to me what else could be in my food? Please do not go here for the fear of breaking your teeth or choking on huge metal objects hidden in food. And this is my second time posting my review looks like someone tried to delete it so I will keep posting this and make sure more people know. I have wrote to corporate and did the surveys and I have made the franchise aware of this. Hopefully they will enforce or change rules and regulations regarding what is acceptable and unacceptable to serve to consumers and be more strict and choose who works for them more carefully instead of being so careless.

We arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the UFC fights while on vacation. We were told we were 2nd on the waiting list (table of 2) and it shouldnt be long which we believed as there were 4 empty tables waiting to be cleaned. We sat in the bar to wait, checking with the hostess frequently. Several 6 tops were seated before us, 4 tops still not cleaned. After watching and seeing 3 waitressess congregate around 2 dirty tables chitchatting then walking off I spoke to what I believed was the manager. They came out and started to clean a table only to stop and chitchat. It took 4 waitresses over 10 minutes to clean 1 table. By this time our wait was 40 minutes. We were finally seated and one of the above mentioned waitresses sat at our table to tell us how "crazy busy" she had been. (even though we watched her do nothing) then she walked off and returned 6 minutes later. I proceeded to order a burger, well done, to which she replied "theyre all cooked the same" I thanked her and repeated that I wanted mine well done. She replied "I cant do that theyre all cooked the same, its just a tiny patty itll be cooked"..........really?! Food finally arrived, my "tiny patty" was obviously a frozen patty that had been microwaved, really gross and my fries were cold. My bf order 15 wings and surprisingly received 18 (semi warm). All in all the food and service were as bad as the UFC fights. I generally love Buffalo Wild Wings but I would NOT recommend this location, ever.

We were waited on quickly after we sat down. The waiter did not write down our order, but chose to memorize it. The sweet tea was awesome as always. Some of our food came out with the wings we ordered, but the waiter forgot to ask us what dipping sauces we wanted, so we had to wait for that to arrive to the table. It wasnt until the food arrived that we noticed that the hostess didnt seat us with utensils. Once the small discrepancies were amended we could eat. The waiter kept out glasses full and occasionally checked to see if we were satisfied or needed anything. The food itself was delicious and exactly what we ordered. We ordered cheese fries as an appetizer and they were awesome. Overall we were satisfied and the price was fair. We will be returning.

Ive read the reviews & want to say some things. the beers on the menu are beers that MAY be at this location, not guaranteed. learn to read menu. just bc food was cold one time doesnt make the restaurant bad, just this one experience. servers are very friendly & professional, yes they talk & interact with each other, because this is the kind of environment BWW brings....it isnt fine dining. it is very fun & live in the building. especially for games & fights this is the place to be!!! & if you are a smoker no worries theres a patio section!!! food is amazing, staff is full of awesome individuals that make a great team!!! would recommend this place to anyone & if you have a bad experience try again! I almost guarantee it wont happen twice in a row!

This place isnt the best place to go eat. Me and my boy friend had went on the 26th of July 2016. First a huge fight broke out then I ordered me a nacho burger and my boy friend ordered a burger as well. My burger had this weird taste but I was starving so I still ate half of it. Went home about 3am in the morning the next day, Ive been vomiting and had diarrhea tell 8am so I went to fast care emergency and I had was food poisoning bacteria from what I ate. So please I ask all of you to never go there or your going to end up with the worst 24 hours of your life!!!

This is one of my favorite places to go. They can have you waiting for a long while, but I think its worth it. The prices are pretty high for what you get, but thats what is.expected. The environment is great though. Everyone always has fun and the food is really good. I dont really like the fried pickles, but I would eat them because I love fried pickles. I would recommend the mini corndogs. There are a lot of different sauces to choose from, either original or boneless, but there are a lot of other menu items as well.
