I normally dont write reviews about my experience. But today, i felt compelled. First things first, service is neither above or below par. But other than that, everything else was downhill. I have eaten at all types of Indian restaurants over DFW metroplex over the years but this is one place i will bot give a second chance. 1. Never have I ever been to an ethnic restaurant where they have omitted asking the level of hot of the dishes we ordered (mild, medium, etc.) 2. Ive had more than 1 type of meat (chicken) over my lifetime to know and differentiate between white meat and dark meat. The fact that the owner/employee simply claiming they dont use dark meat bothered me. Only if i could have done a sample test with other foodies, they would know i am right. 3. I understand that the concept of the restaurant is Wild Mirchi (wild pepper, loosely translated). But that doesnt mean you drench every food in chili seasoning and call it flavorful. 4. I dont know if I only notice this at Indian restaurants but please STOP staring at customers while they eat. Please learn the concept of service without being creepy. 5. As far quality of the food, I got this feeling that they might have used leftovers from afternoon buffet and reheated and served it to me (the rice, naan and the entrée tasted that way). So, in the end, to each is own but i will definitely not recommend this restaurant to someone who holds high regards for quality over quantity.

This WAS my go-to for Indian delivery until tonight. Tonight my husband called to place an order for delivery. They close at 11pm. He called just before 10:30 pm. First off, they kept handing the phone over to someone else. By the time he got to the 4th person he asked if they would deliver at this time. They said no. He was fine with that so he said he would gladly pick it up. When he asked their exact location (they are located about 1 minute from us) the guy on the phone said, "I am not going to make any food for you." Then he promptly hung up on my husband. My thoughts are simply this......if you dont want to make any food for anyone at 10:30pm when you close at 11pm for pick up, then you need to change your hours to close at 10pm. I order a lot of food and spend a lot of money when I use them, but after this I will never use them again. They need to learn some customer service. You dont hang up on a customer!

Terrible experience!!! i m not usually a bad review writer, but this was just horrible! we have placed a pick up order, for 3 family chicken biryani plates on saturday evening, because our plans was changed, we put it to the cooler over night..When next day afternoon we open it, it was smell like hell, the chicken in it was spoiled! try to call the restaurant, they gave us some excuses and they said , somebody will contact us tomorrow! so since nobody called, i gave a call back today and i was terrified the way how the was speaking, they said "i know how you people like to play games and try to refund money and after all this crap, they just hang up the phone on me!At least i was expecting a simple sorry and i nice responding! But this people dont know how to handle the customers! So if you dont wanna get a stomach sick and hear a boorishness definitely dont go to this place!!!

What can I say... one of the best restaurants to have Indian food in Dallas! I came in here yesterday with my wife, children, and grandchildren. The restaurant is replenished nicely inside which makes a great atmosphere. To start off we ordered Chicken 65, Samosas, and Gobi Manchurian. The chicken was so nicely cooked and gave a savory flavor. the samosas were nice and crispy and the gobi Manchurian was fantastic. For entree we ordered butter chicken, chicken biryani, paneer tikka, gobi taka tak, and malai kofta. The spice level is just the way we like it and the flavor of the food was AMAZING! the butter naan that came with the entrees were so soft. I will definitely be coming here weekly with my family and friends. Thank you guys for such great service and good food!

We came in for dinner today with my family - two adults and two kids. My husband and I have been raised on spicy food as have my kids - in fact my husband grew up in a household where ghost peppers are eaten commonly so keep that in mind.We asked a question about the menu and got misinformation, but we finally ordered aloo paratha, goat keema and chicken 65. The waiter asked the level of spicy - we asked for mild so the kids could have some. Needless to say none of it was mild...even my husband who is accustomed to spicy food was breaking a sweat! And the menu was completely overpriced! I would assume to make up for the cheaper lunch buffet that is offered....service was slow - our water was never refilled! Needless to say we will not be returning.

Food is good.. We ordered Malai Kofta and Butter Chicken. Both were delicious. Appetizer was good too, but non-veg appetizers are on the expensive side as compared to the other Indian restaurants in the area. Non-Veg platter is $20, but just one piece of fish and lamb in it and it is mostly chicken. Mango Lassi tasted more like mango shake, not sour enough. Restaurant ambience is good and cleanliness gets my points. Service can be improved a lot. It was busy on the Saturday night, but only two servers. Hopefully, service gets better here, as this is among the very few Punjabi/Delhi food restaurants in the area. Leftovers that we did to-go with us, were gone next day in the breakfast.

Good food and good service. I have been to this pace couple of times and have always enjoyed here. Will recommend to try this place. I am from a typical Bengali family and always try to find out the ingredients which enhance the taste of the food. I had mix pakora and paneer-tikka masala (spicy). The batter they have used for the pakora is so soft which simplifies that it’s not the traditional gran-flower, rather some homemade recipe included on it. The paneer was very fresh and juicy. I can feel that the item has been prepared few minutes back with all fresh ingredients. About the service, "NO COMMENTS”, It was SUPERB. Overall, it’s completely worth the money.

Choosing an Indian restaurant can be a daunting task, even for someone well versed in the cuisine. It just so happened that I got invited over by a friend who was hosting a party on their marriage anniversary, OMG the food was fantastic, Master Chef and owner Maan Singh personally came to all the guest to check if the food was to our liking, and was open to our suggestions, manager Mr. Siddharth made sure everyone was tended promptly. Fabulous food, impeccable service. All in all a wild but great experience. Five Stars all the way.

Well, went to this one for a to go order tonight. Came to know about them from my colleagues who gave them 5 stars each. Went there to get a Goat Biriyani medium spicy and with a LOTs of EXPECTATIONS. The Biriyani was SUBSTANDARD. If you are charging $17 for a standard plate it HAS TO BE GOOD. Rice WAS OVER COOKED didnt have much taste, we opted for Medium spicy and the Goat pieces were really spicy and also didnt have many pieces either. I am feeling so Disapointed that writing this review just after consuming that thing
