It is very hard to find a good Indian restaurant in Dallas apart from the few hyped expensive or more of south Indian Cuisine which is always HOT. Mumbai Grill has very perfect spice level & is a very good restaurant. Lovely atmosphere, comfortable chairs, good service and very nicely presented delicious food cooked with great skill and good ingredients. It is very good value for money but the food is creative and interesting. This is my second visit and we still find it delightful. We had the lamb chop and it was very succulent and well cooked. And Since they are waiting for their alcohol licence its BYOB which is great at least people can drink alcohol until they start selling their own.

They have a dining and patio section. Dining section occupies a larger part of the restaurant. The restaurant is well organized, the air conditioning is fantastic (it made me feel at ease as soon as I entered) and the seats add to the comfort. We had 1. Paneer Tikka Masala Mouthwatering!! 2. Aloo papdi Chaati Loved these! The curd was fresh and hence sweet. Adequate amounts of chutneys were stuffed inside it. This was licked clean with minutes of it being served! The service is super efficient. This place will leave you full without burning a hole in your pocket. You can definitely drop by at Mumbai Grill. It wont be a disappointment :)

I have been to this restaurant several times and have never been disappointed with either the food or the service. In fact the food really exceeded my expectations. I was bought up in India and spent most of my working life with a connection with India and Indian food of course. There are some Indian restaurants in Dallas and Mumbai Grill is the one that stands out to me at the moment. In general terms the flavors of the food takes me right back to the best I remember in north India! Please keep it up and I highly recommend you to try them.

Mumbai Grill is an experience: an unforgettable experience! It’s an friendly place, chilled-out, traditional-style restaurant, a vibrant and manic place serving the most delicious grill imaginable, and at an unbelievable price. Its not uncommon to spend around just $15 for as much delicious food you can eat, and the quality is top notch. The mixed grill comes smoking on a hot metal plate, and its bring your own booze for free all. I hope Mumbai grill remains in business for many years to come: highly recommended.

Fantastic food and atmosphere! Suitable for a romantic meal in their Patio, family meal, birthday and special occasions. The place is busy sometimes, and if you havent booked you will be waiting a while depending on the day and time you arrive. I have been here several times and absolutely love it. I recommend the mixed grill. The food is fresh they do not preserve food so no use of MSGs! tastes amazing and is always served pipping hot. I recommend this 100%. Kudos to the team and specially ashish!!! :)

Entered this restaurant on a whim while vacationing in Dallas and fancied some Indian. Was immediately greeted by a very friendly waitress who promptly answered our question, so we stayed. The food was great, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the waitresses were friendly and accommodating. Honestly, Mumbai Grill ranks higher than my favorite local Indian restaurant and its such a damn shame that were not local, or wed frequent this place. 10/10 would dine again.

Today was my first time there and my first time in an Indian restaurant. The lunch buffet was absolutely delicious. I loved the variety of items, especially the little veggie fritters (I dont remember any names, sorry!). The rice, chicken, fish, and vegetarian dishes (and even the sweet, dessert dough balls at the end of the buffet line) were light but fully flavorful. I will for sure be back, especially given the reasonable 12 dollar price tag and attentive service.

Been visiting mumbai grill for many times now. I have to say, sometimes the service is not up to scratch because it can be very busy. However, the majority of the time I have had pleasant experiences at mumbai grill. The waiters are always helpful, the food arrives promptly and is always delicious. Never disliked any of the food. The prices are reasonable, and you can never go wrong having a perfect night out at Mumbai Grill. Best curry restaurant in North Dallas!

The food was incredible. I loved the chicken biryani which was authentic north Indian biryani and you should definitely try their chicken tikka masala it reminded me of the home food of Delhi. I also tried white chicken kebabs, trust me it melted in my mouth. I will definitely come to this place again and i guess you should all give it a try. On the top of everything was the old Delhi street dessert "Rasmalai".Divine

Excellent service. Despite having a late arrival we were not pushed to order quickly. Food was very enjoyable, Would happily recommend Mumbai Grill in Dallas and Plano to anyone wanting good food served by helpful, friendly staff. Mumbai grill is a bright and buzzing place to meet, greet and eat. The food was original, healthy and very tasty. I am a Masala grill convert. As Arnie has so often said, "Ill be back"!

A fantastic new entry on the Dallas food scene, offering Authentic North Indian cuisine at decent prices. The menu favours groups of 2-4 people, with sharing encouraged and lots of different curries, pickles and dips to whet the appetite. Of course, ordering the delicious curries (Chicken Madras is almost too good). You really cant go far wrong with anything on the menu so try as much as you can stomach.

My husband and I had dinner in this new authentic Indian cuisine restaurant on Valentine’s day and the food was absolutely spectacular. This restaurant is exceptional, not only because the meal we enjoyed had a variety of options and was flavorful but also because the prices were so reasonable! The ambiance of the entire place is calm and comfortable, well definitely be back! Highly recommended!

I really like the quality of food here. I often complain about Indian food quality in US. Most of them feel stale - but not at this place. Really nice place if you appreciate subtle taste. Ive tried several items. Most of them are great. But I feel mutton could have been made little better. Lacks final punch. They should use few whole masala and may consider to mix mustard oil with veg oil

I went there last night with my husband.. the food was cold, taste was bad.. they had aloo matar curry in buffet, not sure who would want to eat aloo matar in buffet.. To add on top of that, servers were more busy in talking to each other rather than attending us.. one was working on laptop and other was clicking pictures with DSLR..finally left without paying a tip.

Absolutely love this place and will definitely be back a number of times. The food is excellent but inexpensive, a wide variety of very tasty options and good portion sizes. Staff are brilliant, very efficient and friendly service and always spot on with their recommendations. Lovely buzzy atmosphere in here too. Cant recommend this Mumbai Grill more highly!!!
