The worse experience ever! Poor Customer Service and absolutely horrendous Management. We arrived at approx 7:30 and were seated within minutes. We were there to celebrate a friends bday. Our group was approximately 13 people. 8 of us were originally seated and the remainder arrived between 7:30 and 8:00pm. After being seated for atleast 15-20 minutes we asked whom would be our waiter-waitres because we had yet not been greeted nor our drink order taken. Upon asking we then were greeted by Dominque". Lets just say she definitely lacks enthusiasm and customer service. We were never officially greeted as customarily, only : Hi, my name is Dominue, what can I get you to drink"? Typically its been my experience that we are greeted and asked what brings us in so fourth and so on. After receiving our drinks another 20-30 minutes passed and I mentioned to the group if they felt like our waitress needed help because the service not only started off poor but was lacking every minute there after. The group agreed. At this point all of all our our glasses were empty and the remainder of the 5 people that had joined us had now been there for 15-20 minutes without drinks or acknowledgment. At this point I asked a waitress who was passing by to call a Manager. I would like to mention that we were sitting at a table in the back that faced the kitchen were I had seen a female manager there for minutes assisting with getting the plates out for the wait staff. At this point the waitress walks up to the Manager and I guess advises her that Im asking for a Manager. The Manager then walked over to out table and asked how she could help? My reply was simple and short. I said " Hi, do you think we can get our waitress some help because she seems a little overwhelmed with the amount of tables she has". She then said yes, sure" and walked off. Never did she offer to ask us if we were ready to order nor apologize. She literally walked over to Dominque and whispered to her and Dominue then literally placed her hands on her forehead and gasped. She literally put a smile on her face and walked over to us and took our order. While Dominque was taking our order the female Manager had also pulled another male Manager. Obviously she was telling him that we were complaining of the service and although I could not hear the conversation I could see by the hand gestures and facial expressions that they were both validating to each other that they themselves were busy. Needless to say we placed our order all at the same time however the food came out all at different times. People at 1 end of the table received their food and were finished about time some of the last dishes came out. At this point the whole table was questing the service we were receiving. By this time we were asking for bread for the 6th time and asking waiters and waitresses that were clearly not Dominque to check on our food. It is now nearly 9 pm and in the middle of it all the Birthday Guy gets up and walks over to the Manager and ask if he could speak with her off to the side. Again I was not able to hear what he was telling her but I could see her body language as if though she was very defensive. As Erik sat back down we asked him what was said. He said that she was merely giving excuses as to why the food was coming out sporadically and that the restaurant was busy and short staffed. Again notice in this complaint I never mention her coming over to us as a group and apologizing nor giving the paying group an explanation as to why the service was so poor. I must say that I eat out 3-5 days per week and have not had any recent bad experiences lately but this one has sure won for 2016. Overall we were not upset at our waitress, she clearly had to many tables and was overwhelmed. Although her attitude was not the best I contribute to that to needing help and being overworked. The Management however there is NO EXCUSE!

This is my first bad review ever; I was compelled to leave it after a second terrible experience with this location. I ordered via grubhub. Twice the food was not started until an hour after we submitted an order. My first reaction was to blame the driver but I called the restaurant and asked when the orders were sent to verify it was the restaurants fault. It was. Both times the orders were wrong. Not I ordered ketchup and got mustard on my burger wrong but leaving out ordered items and messing up on every dish wrong. It was wrong to the point were it was not appetizing (ie hot chicken tenders -> sweet and spicy garlic wings) After the second terrible order I called the restaurant. I explained the situation to the person that answered and they told me to “call grubhub”. I told her it was not grubhub that started the food late and made the wrong food. She said “well the driver delivered the wrong food, call grubhub!”. All in all its probably about $175 wasted here. After 50 grubhub orders I have had two issues, both from this cheese cake factory. A restaurant is supposed to provide good food in a timely manner with a smile. These guys are missing all of it. Update: I called grubhub, they worked with the resturant to try and get a refund. The restaurant agreed to $25 of an $80 ticket. $45 was of the order was completely incorrect on this one alone. With the 100s of restuarants in DFW, there is certainly no reason to go to a restaurant who is consistantly wrong, rude about it and then doesnt admit there mistakes.

My husband & I came in for the week to celebrate our anniversary & Cheesecake Factory was highly recommended by my loved ones. We had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We knew there would be a wait; however, it was 30 minutes longer than the estimated time. Once called to be seated, we were taken to a booth where we realized it wasnt enough space for our party. I asked if we could sit at the available table nearby, but the hostess stayed that another party was going to be sat there. I asked if they were before us & she stayed they were not. I didnt understand why a party behind our party would be sat at the table & we requested it since the both was not an adequate fit for our party. I asked for the manager & the hostess told me that we would have to wait another 15 time 20 minutes of we wanted a table. Finally, I was adamant about speaking with a manager. The manager walked passed our party & never addressed the issue with me, she just told the hostess to sit us at the table. We order our food & our server was dynamic; however, it food was not edible. I order shrimp Alfredo & the shrimp was tough. My aunt ordered a well done burger, but it was half cooked. The manager was notified & never apologized. Thats normally the first thing a good manager does & that didnt make a good impression. I WILL NOT recommendthe Cheesecake Factory in Dallas nor will I return.

I came on a weekday night around 4:30pm to take advantage of Happy Hour which is only served in the bar/lounge area. My date and I were quickly seated and the server took our drink and app order in a timely manner. The app (spinach and cheese dip) was great, better to eat with the bread. However, after delivering our drinks and apps the server was rather busy with other tables and it took a while for her to get back to us. The restaurant allows you to order some entrees in lunch portion sizes before 5pm and we almost missed ordering before 5pm because it took a while for the server to come back. It also took a while for us to get bread too although Im not sure if you are supposed to ask for it or if it is supposed to come no matter what so that may be my fault. Another server delivered our entrees. We both got pasta and I wasnt particularly impressed with my pasta. I ordered the garlic noodles with chicken. The garlic sauce was rather bland. My date got the cheese noodles and it too was alright. The highlight of the meal was of course the cheesecake. We ordered the chocolate cheese cake with chocolate mouse and it was awesome. I will definitely make a return trip as I want to try something else other than pasta.. At 5pm it looked like another server arrived and once that happened we received excellent service.
