Service and quality is always a 50/50 shot. We come here just about every week, Id like to say I have enough experience here to make that judgment. Also, theres never any croissants, which is weird. Edit: the lack of crossaints on a daily basis is ridiculous 1 star Every to go order Ive picked up has be inaccurate.

This is my 2nd time to this place. Its very dirty and poorly managed. I counted 13 tables that were dirty and most had dirty dishes stacked on them. Only 4 customers in the store. Manager was on site and several employees eating and laughing. Come on Panera, clean it or shut it down.

On the time that I went(I cannot remember that day now,as this seems to make a big difference on how food comes out as well as the different employees with customer service) I received great customer service and the food came out as ordered!

Great place for organics, bulk foods and holistic products. Staff always friendly and helpful. Great bags for sustainability,if you not have one or forgot yours, boxes are available.

I love Panera Bread but this one is nasty. Watched one of the staff rub the back of her neck and rolled a ball of dirt from her neck and flipped it. This location sucks.

Loved it! Really great bagels, bagel sandwiches, etc. Friendly, courteous staff, and a nice clean eating area. This was our first trip, but it wont be our last!
