They advertise their public scale prices as roughly $10 to weigh the first time and roughly $2 to reweigh. Perfect if youre military and need to weigh your car or rental truck for moving expenses. However, what isnt written anywhere (nor will a clerk tell you unless you know to specifically ask) is that the reweigh needs to be within 24 hours of the first weigh. Otherwise you pay the $10 again for the second weigh. Whats frustrating is that when my spouse tried to point out to the clerks that no where is it written/no mention was made of the 24 hour rule when we were asking about weighing prices, they treated him like he was a particularly troublesome customer. Truckers may all know this rule, but we are not professional truckers. Just a warning to anyone else who is moving and trying to get a full and empty weight of their vehicle...

I really like it. Right off the freeway. Great selection of fountain drinks - especially love the fact that they had my Diet Dr. Pepper. They have a little bit of everything and are open 24 hours. Even the restaurant McDs is open 24-7. And Ive always encountered friendly staff. I cant say Ive had anyone be rude yet. I cant believe the fact that people will complain about construction. Its not the stores fault. Youre always going to have construction happening somewhere or another. Youre supposed to rate the store not the streets/highways around it.

Bought 400 dollars worth of Fuel at this pilot they said with the purchase fuel the reserved parking is free but this Conway pulls up and there is 2 other Conways so he calls the manager and forces me to pull out and half of the pilots reserved parking probably isnt even payed for and the truck entrance is so dumb and wrongly placed Worst pilot ever and will never come back again -David E McPheron driver for J.C.T.

Ridiculous. Pulled up and the employees are sitting outside smoking blocking parking spaces. Go into the McDonalds for a sweet tea and Im the only customer standing there while a manager is doing something nearby not saying a word. Finally ask him if someones working and he then waits on me. I go to the drink area and there are gnats everywhere! DISGUSTING!

Only EZ Day Was Yesterday
Rude cashier argues with driver in front of me over a dime that he swore was in coins, she dropped it, found it after he walked out. Quarters are not currency to her. He should have made her break 100$ bill. Then shower was dirty and cold. If I had that kind of customer service Id be fired.

This place is a nasty, dirty truck stop. Trucks parked all over fuel island, all over blocking fire lanes. Restrooms were dirty. Shower was dirty, moldy, water pressure sucked because of calcium buildup on the shower head. Hot water kept coming and going as I showered

More than half of the truck parking being used by local drivers as free parking and storage yard. And even worse are the local scumbags parking there personal vehicles in the big truck spots to save them for when they return. Managers here are either blind or crooked.

Abhorrently disgusting dump. Cant even walk in the mens room and its 7am on a Saturday and it looks as if it hasnt been cleaned in days!!! Truck entrance is all but unmarked until you find it. Staff doesnt give a damn less.

My water heater has been broken so I have been showering at pilot, the staff I encountered are friendly and the showers have been clean every time Ive gone. They always have hot water and clean towels. No complaints here.

Is digusting by here, there do not have gps, yust have a pitchort, and i cant open the box, you cant see the product you wil by, very but bissness person. It is a lack of respect, just not for speck an other worth.

About 75 large car spots max...entrance and exit is as dumb as a box of rocks....fuel islands are okay. Showers are on a scale of 1-10 theyre about a -3...otherwise staff and store are like a typical newer pilot.

This travel center is usually crowded. The restrooms r not always that clean. It is a big store with several restaurants so it attracts a lot of travelers. Gas prices r usually cheap here.

They have everything you could want here. Nice cold beverage selection and there is a McDonalds attached. They even sell fresh cinnabon rolls here too but They seemed kinda high.
