My husband went to the location in Schertz at 4:13 pm on Sunday ordered 4 chesse burgers and steak basket. Total was $33.53 get home no cheese on burgers, so he called they said we will make you 4 more. Well he gets there they said did you bring the other burgers back so we can put cheese on them. So bascily they just were going to add cheese on Im real sure heath inspector would real like this one. Also manager was very rude when he got there cuz they made a mistake. Wow!!! What a shame yall dont know how to have customer service!!! Guess we wont be going there anymore!!

All the sudden you have to pay if you want water (guess free tap water is no longer available) so you have to buy bottled water for a dollar......if you want an extra honey mustard for your large chicken tender meal its an extra .75....... ladies restroom was totally out of TP!!! I wont be coming back and will spread word of mouth!!!! Shame because my family and I used to eat there a lot!!!!

Schertz location: Horrible service...employees paying around not paying attention. Took forever to make 4 small blizards that were all watered down! When ordering the girl wasnt paying attention all I could hear is laughing!! I Waited at the drive thru and watched a man stand at the counter wait to be served and nobody ever paid attention to him so he ended up walking out! Never again!

Newly renovated building is awesome! Eating inside the food is served hot & quick. The drive thru is terrible, more than once Ive waited over 20 minutes for my meals. I love their old fashioned style support of the small community they are located in. My earliest childhood memories include this location & Im over 40! Dairy Queen is a small town staple & this one represents us well.

I usually just get a Blizzard but today I ordered food. Had to wait around the front for them to bring it to me. Brought out the persons in front of me in line and the lady behind me. Had to ask for mine. The fries were tasteless, the cream gravy was so-so, the Texas toast was limp, but the chicken strips were tasty. Didnt even include napkins. I will not be returning for food.

Food is cooked to order so while it takes a little longer sometimes, Im happy to wait knowing that my food is coming out hot&fresh vs. rolling the dice and hoping to catch a fresh basket of fries at McDs/wherever. PS: Its funny how people complain about suddenly having to pay for water bottles when that policy was put in place like 5 years ago?

This is the first Dairy Queen I have ever been to that refuses to give you a free glass of water with your ice cream. The guy at the counter said I could buy a bottle of water for 99 cents. I said that I just wanted a cup. He said that he could SELL me a cup of water for 99 cents. I wont be going back.

They forgot our food we called and they said we could o pick it up the next day. We get to the store and they didnt believe us the guy we talked to wasnt even there ended up arguing with the lady who worked there she was rude... And I never got my food! Waste of money and horrible customer service.

I am appalled at the service. Terrible.. Terrible.. Waited atleast 30 minutes for my food between that Ive seen people coming in and out complaining how there order is wrong an unreasonable amount as well. Only teens are working and theyre rude. Definitely would not come back ever....

Ive made 2 trips to this location for an orange Julius, apparently their machine is broken and no one cares to put up a sign or even apologize, terrible customer service from all the children who work here! Go to live oak location, Ill be making the drive from here on out.

Was told I had to buy soda to get water. Will not be eating here again. Then while sitting here the same girl got into an argument with a customer about asking for onion rings. What is going on at this store the customer service is terrible.

Nice, typical, quintessential Dairy Queen. A bit overcrowded in the evenings. I remember when Dairy Queen was a reasonably priced place to eat however youll spend what youd spend at a nicer chain restaurant like Cheddars.

I havent eaten at Dairy Queen in years because the last several times, the food quality was very poor. I went to this DQ and the food was hot, fresh and simply delicious!! Im so glad I gave this location a chance!

Just left dairy queen and they got my order wrong. Asked for mayo no mustard all burgers had mustard and they were cold including fries. Asked for napkins and they forgot napkins. Lot was wrong for $30 to eat.

Food used to be good. Not so much anymore. Last few visits food has been old. Cold chewy fries old fish, poorly made hamburgers. Only good for the blizzards hopefully they keep making those right..

Drive thru has always been slow, but I think that might be DQ thing. The food is usually fresh. Inside is clean, but the bathroom could have used attention. Inaccurate orders from time to time.

BLIZZAARDDDDSSSS!! Yum. Everything about DQ is always great though. My personal favorite are the Chicken / Steak Fingers, but careful because they always come out smokin hot!

Hit or miss. Sometimes great service. Sometimes bad service. Usually a wait. Less than 10 minutes. Busy corner, but a light makes getting in and out fairly easy.
