Its ok but the staff was half asleep. They didnt make the shake right and the cook had pressed onion rings to his chest while preparing it in the bag in the the kitchen, he late the wiped his nose n continued to reach for a bun to prepare a burger all without gloves, without a hair cap on along with it(wasnt my food but another customers food) female employee had self harm cuts on her wrist which customers cringed at along with myself she also had no hair cap and was preparing the banana splits without gloves touching bananas and leaning over food other female employee had thrown a banana peel at the wall to throw it into the trash and banana residue was left on the wall , they seemed to be very lost at that as well. I usually order from the drive thru, last time my burger was put together in an unorderly fashion and looked very rushed to be made ,my soda had way to much ice in it and the fries were cold. Ive gotten chicken strips as another mean and the bread was soggy and the chicken strips were over cooked and over battered fries were yet again cold. I dont know if anyones had a bad experience like this so many times as I have but I wouldnt recommend this dairy Queen

This DQ wanted to charge me $8 for a medium blizzard because they charge per item when you ask for the extra stuff that should be .75. If you order a blizzard off the menu that comes with 4 items and ask for extra stuff then be prepared to pay $3 for extra stuff. That and they dont do most of the big advertised blizzards like the Jurassic Park. Staff blamed the owners and I believe them. I gave them 3 separate chances and now I wont bother. Rude staff!

Drive thru experience. twice I got stuck eating a single patty with no cheese. I called they said i only paid for a hungry buster. I said why I know I said I wanted a tripple buster combo. Manager said sorry didnt even try to make it right or nothing. Maybe the chick working there needs a hearing aid or something. Bad customer service.

I went through the drivethru at around 6pm on a Sunday. They werent very busy (2 or 3 cars parked out front), but it still took 15-20 minutes to get my food (a combo with a medium frosty).

Food poisoning got sick as a dog. Either the meat or ice cream. DQ lost me as a customer. DQ is up there with Chipolte ecoli.

Quick friendly service. Small franchise store that is well run. They also sell cakes for any celebration you may need.
