This place is busy every single night of the week! The service is inconsistent, but if you are lucky enough to land in Krystals section, youll be waited on hand & foot. I hate sitting in the bar area which is a tight squeeze and everything takes longer. If you arent into wings, I suggest the Original Gyro, (with extra cucumber sauce) the hummus is wonderful, and you cant go wrong with the spinach dip. Also, the nachos are huge and topped with their signature chili that surpasses the wings in flavor. I dont always love the noisy atmosphere and the all the hustle & bustle, but overall, a pretty great place to visit. Its right next door to where my girlfriend works, so I often stop for a pint before picking her up.

The only plus I have is that food was average at best...If you would call that a plus. The service was the worst service I have ever received in any restaurant. I had to wait for refills on tea. A friend in the party had to go to the bar to even get his drink, and that took him at least 10 minutes. When he got back I still had not received t a refill. When the food arrived half of it was wrong. Time to pay we waited again...We got there ar just after 7 and didnt leave til just before 10...Not by choice. I will never go back here. And for anyone thinking it cant be that bad, their parking lot is always full...That is because they cant leave. Theyre either waiting on food, drinks, or to pay.

PARM FRIES! Need I say more? Hands down my favorite thing to eat at wings & rings are the garlic parmesan aioli fries. If garlic, parmesan, and aioli arent you thing (which would be absurd, jk.) The also have really yummy salads the cobb and pecan chicken are my favorite. Last but not least, the wings are the best in town. I am a huge fan of boneless wings and you cant find bigger, better, boneless wings anywhere else. They have Tvs everywhere and they are a hot spot for watching sports, so if you are in to that kinda stuff, cool! If not, I would recommend not visiting during any major sporting events.

Service was great, salad was delicious. Wings, that was another story, several of the wings were pretty much raw and bloody. We showed our waitress the bloody wings and she was appalled. Took them back to show the manager and came back and said the manager took care of it. Got the bill and the manager had not taken care if it. She showed the manager again and finally he took $10 off, for serving us raw chicken. Manager never came by to apologize, just sat on a bar stool texting on his cell phone. I wish I could remember our waitresses name, she was awesome!

Amazing food, but when u ask for extra sauce on your wings make sure you ask for a bucket.. the past two times Ive asked for extra extra wet and got the normal amount. Mostly tasted like fried chicken with a hint of flavor. I LOVE the buffalo medium sauce! Just a little frustrating when u ask for a LOT of sauce and get hardly any both times. They did offer a free set of wings to make up for it but even still had to go back for more sauce :(

the worst service i have ever had!!! food may be good but the service/waiters, waitresss are horrible, one came up asked me what i wanted to drink i told him water... he walked off forgeting to ask the four other people what they wanted. he also never brought me my water, after asking 3 times he finally brought it, oh and heaven forbid you have to deal with a manager for a lost item. never going back.

The food and service are good. However, the music they play is very annoying and at a decibel level off the chart. When asked about their selection of music the staff said corporate selected the music and they had no control over the selection. The staff does have control over the volume and they crank it up to their own young preference which is annoying to most customers over 35.

We will be going to your New Braunfels, TX location sometime during the week after Christmas. This will be a family gathering with 3 generations. All our family from home (New Braunfels..were from Jones County, Mississippi) voted ...and yall won! We wanted a place with great atmosphere and excellent food choices...can hardly wait until time to dine with yall!

This place has the BEST wings! You have to come here! My mom had a groupon for this place so we decided to try it out. I didnt know how delicious it would be. Their wings are huge and have a variety of delicious flavors. Its a great place to go if you want to have a good time. Cold Beer, and hot wings! What else could be better? Highly recommended!

So good! I have been an avid Buffalo Wild Wings guy until the last 4 times I went the service has just gone downhill fast. Went here after floating the Comal and had the Garlic-Q Wings. There is so much chicken with their boneless wings and the quality is second to none. Customer service was impeccable. Cassy was awesome and super friendly

Stopped last night with a party of 5. I ordered boneless wings and a small garden salad. The canjun wings were miserable. I think they fried them 4 to 5 hours early and kept on warmer plates or heat lamp and just served them. They tasted completely dried out. They might have other good food but I would never order wings there again.

Usually the food and service is fine, but I ordered take out and the employees left the fries sitting in a close able bag not closed at the front. By the time u got home they were cold and soggy and then they got the order wrong. This is not worth the price in my opinoin. I just wish New Braunfels had a Buffalo Wild Wings.

Delicious wings and the kids love playing on the playground. Wait staff is always pretty good but I wish they would refill my water more often. Easy to eat here when you are watching your macros or eating on a calorie budget. Spouse and I will split an order of traditional wings and feel satisfied.

Really good food. Great place to visit with family and friends after a day at Schlitterbahn or on the river. Service was fast and friendly. Dont go for the kids playground because its really small. Update: on subsequent visit food was good but the place was dirty, especially the restrooms.

Had wings and drinks. Asked them to put on hockey game. Went out thier way to find out what channel game was on. Wings were great garlic aioli fries even better. Great waitress never let our drinks get below half empty before asking did we need a refill. Priced great will be back.

Boneless wings were yummy! We did not like the gyros which is sad because we were really looking forward to trying them. Beer could have been colder but maybe I am just picky. Place was clean and the wait staff were friendly. Over all I would go back for more wings.

Great service. Amazing food. Good options for vegetarians as well. And, a nice place to relax after an energetic day at Schlitterbahn. Grateful for them offering us water while we were waiting to be seated. (It was a very hot day outside!)
