Went to Popeyes on March 30 & Order 3 of the $5 ( 2pieces tack box, each suppose to come with 2 sm side. I ordered 2 with double red bean & 1 with a red bean & a green bean. They gave me 4 red beans and 1 green bean which is a total of 5 sm sides, not 6. My order was to go I called & called the store and got no answer. After calling with no answer after a couple of days, I called area manager number on the receipt. After explaining, I was asked for my information and told the next time I was in the area to stop by and they would replace 1of the $5 meal boxes. Which was very fair, but when I went in to get it weeks later. I told the male Manager what the area manager told me. He never checked to see and questioned me on why I waited so long. He treated me like I was telling a lie. Told me he was going to do it that 1 time. I did have the receipt which did not matter. He was pissed becauseI couldnt remember the person name that I talked & told me that. He gave me the food with a evil look. I just dont get it, it almost like putting food on layaway. Come on yall can do better or I can go to another chicken shack/ hen

This location is by far one of the most unprofessional and WORST Popeyes Ive ever visited and Ive been eating at the Popeyes franchise since I was a child. I decided to stop by after a long night of work with the hopes that I would have my appetite satisfied and the staff stopped answering the drive thru intercom at 10:30 because apparently they bring it upon themselves on what time they close despite the restaurant hours. After driving to the window and being fanned away as if I was bothering them I asked the half undressed male what happened and he told me that he closed early regardless of the schedule. I then asked for the manager and him (Louise) told me that he was the manager and that there was nothing that I could do about it. Im shocked that any employee would bring it upon themselves to make a business owner lose money because he decided to close 30 minutes early. Also to add the times that I have gone I had to go before 9p.m because they dont cook fresh food after that.

All the people that wrote these nice comments must work there because this Popeyes in Mesquite is rachet and slow as hell! This would be the third time that Ive given this popeyes a chance and I still left disappointed like the last 2 times. My first time the intercome was broken but there was no sign letting customers know so I sat like a dumbass for damn near 15 min, the third time there was a sign but when i pulled up to the drive thru to order the girl was talking for over 10 min and never checked once to see if there was a customer. For my last attempt I tried to go inside and order and EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE looked confused, their drive thru time had over 8 min on it and there were multiple people already waiting. I decided to take the risk only for the chicken but once i found out they had no breasts I just couldnt deal anymore. Only come to this popeyes if you like wasting time!

First they were out of spicy chicken, then they left out one of the sides we ordered. When my father went in to get the side the employee at the counter told him, "when you order something from the drive through you need to speak with the drive through workers only." Not only did he not want to help, he told my father to "calm down" in a very rude tone of voice. My father was just trying to explain because the employee looked clueless at first. My father wasnt speaking loudly or in any way deserving of being told to calm down.

As much as I love Popeyes Chicken every now and then, I loath going to this one in particular. It seems no matter how small the order or how few the other customers, it takes a while to get my order. The last time I visited 3 seperate people ahead of me in line came back or had something missing. Didnt instill confidence. I had thrown out half of the chicken tenders I got. They seemed to be made entirely out of cartlidge and fat. Service is washy, theyll be great, immpatient or absent.

Had to wait 5 minutes at the drive thru speaker after I was told to wait a minute. They had the mic keyed so I heard 5 minutes of laughter and stupidity before my order was taken. I had to repeat my order over and over and over again. When I got home I had no dipping sauce, I was missing a large side, and my spicy chicken was mild. This is not my first bad experience at this location but it was the worst. I now drive several miles past my house to go to another location.

Did not enjoy this location. Food is not very good here and it was a bit unclean looking on my visit. Strong sewer smell in the restroom and Manager said there was a pipe broken somewhere; not very appetite pleasing. Also check your receipt as I have ordered and did not seem like the amont was right, manager rings up stuff that you didnt ask for. I didnt ask for a drink but got charged for one after he said he did not ring it up.

This is the worse Popeyes I ever been too. They had me wait 15 minutes till they closed when I pulled at the window the person who was taken the order is like you have to wait another 15 minutes i dont know where they find these people at $7.25 is too much money for these guys. They should be getting paid like $3 an hour.

I been here today and spent almost $19.00 from drive thru got 10 pcs, pecan pie and supposedly large gravy but instead gave me a kind of soup mixed with beans, rice and gravy this is not the 1st , 2nd time they did these kind of sevices, their services are terrible i hope they hired good employees...

I have been to this establishment a few times usually the food is good and the customer service is ok . But as for today I went thru the drive thru and when I ordered the little girl who was taking the order rushed me thru my order cutting me off as I tried to place an order... Just rude as can be !

Yesterday three girls were very rude to talk with me but I didnt understand they wont write note because I am deaf! I knew they stab my back and Spanish talkers! Dont dumb about me! Next time I WONT go there! Soooo rude workers!! Shame on them!!
