Horrible Service!!! On a Wednesday night checked online & it said it would be 1 to 1.5 hours for delivery (we live 5 mins from store); so we ordered carry out & it said it would take 15 mins. Waited 30 & arrived at store, order wasnt ready; waited another 30 mins at store until order was ready. Staff was incompendent & never even saw the manager. No be surprise, management of this location has been horrible for years. Dont why ownership havent address this over the last 10 years. Will not be returning, dont waste your TIME.

We are from Carrollton TX. We stopped in for dinner before driving back to Carrollton. The pizza was baked to perfection. Pizza huts in Carrollton have lost that buttery crisp crust flavor that made them famous. Our waitress was so sweet. Our five yr old was a bit out of control from the long drive and our waitress won a stuffed toy from the crane machine and gave it to our daughter. Everyone was very pleasant and the food was really delicious. Would definitely refer someone and would make a point to stop here again.

Took over an hour for our pizza to be delivered and when we FINALLY got it, all of our food was cold. We call them and ask for the manager whose name is Andy dont know his last name he would not give that to us and he was not very polite at all!! He told us they could make us a whole new replacement order but that it would be over an hour to receive it. We told him that was not acceptable and he said well there is nothing I can do for you.

I found that this is a textbook example of what a Pizza Hut should be. The food is great! The staff in this particular one are proud of the jobs they do, and the servers will strike up a conversation if you engage with them. This place earned my tip. They run a ship shape operation there. Stop by if youre in the Mineral Wells area and you feel like you need a good meal.

Service in the Mineral Wells store is generally slack. Food is good... when it arrives. A couple of visits ago, all the visitors talked and we walked out together. You know its bad when guests have time to arrange a mass exodus. Waiting twenty-five minutes for a glass of tea is unacceptable. We have returned since that visit and it has improved. Hopefully it remains so.

The worst service I have ever got at a Pizza Hut. The lady taking our order must have been deaf. I asked for a 1/2 Hamburger and onion and 1/2 pepperoni and an order of bread sticks. Got the order and got 1/2 Canadian Bacon and onion and 1/2 pepperoni. NO bread sticks. Never go back.

Our pizza was very fresh and exactly as we ordered, and our waitress was very attentive. Salad bar was a little sad but when you go to a salad bar after 8 p.m. you cant expect there to be a lot of toppings available. We will return again.

Gross. Pizza is nasty here. I have given them 3 chances and each time my pizza is either burnt or super dry. Dont waste your money at this Pizza hut.
