Hands down the best customer service ever, we drove in from Lampasas Tx and they were about to close, and most all was put up or they were about to close. The manager at the time really sweet young lady with glasses is probably the best manager that I have dealt with in hospitality...Ive eaten chipolte since inception and will continue eating here because of the quality of food as well as the level of management and employees in the history of chipolte...Thank you for being who you are, and thank you for hiring the right minded people for your establishment

this place should be shut down. the only reason they got 1 star is because of the location. each time I go here the chicken tastes burned, the veggies are charred too much and the service sucks. I promise , in my opinion, you get more in your burrito bowl if you dine it. the portion sizes used to create my bowl was unbalanced, primarily due to the fact that it was prepared by kids! Dont go here..... Freebirds is worth a try. I guarantee you, it will be worth your money. #newmanagementneededorclosethisrestaurant

I love Chipotle in general, but this particular one is terribly run. It never fails, they either mess up my burrito and turn into a sloppy, difficult to eat mess or they make me wait for them to cook chicken while letting other customers go past me. Whats worse is hey say it will take 2 minutes to cook the food, when I can clearly see that it will be more than 2 minutes before there is chicken cut up and ready to put on my burrito. Such a disappointment.

The service is great and everyone seems to know what theyre doing, but I have a big problem with their food. I get steak usually and every single time about half of the meat chucks have inedible chewy parts. Its just gross and it makes me afraid that every bite I take will have that nasty gristle so its really hard to enjoy the food. Other than that this place is great.

I used to like this place, especially the one on 151 access road.. but it is by far the worst in the city. Few months ago i would regularly get Chipotle once a week till I was served burnt chicken 2 times in a row. Took a few weeks off from buying since it was a horrible taste, tried it again today... ONCE AGAIN burnt chicken. Will not ever go back here.

Your standard stripmall-along-the-interstate Chipotle. A new crew of employees were working since they a) didnt know what to do when I asked for a tortilla on the side and b) didnt know how to handle me wanting veggies and chicken. Serving sizes were all over the place between the members of my dinner group. Getting back onto SB I-410 is a huge pain.

The sofritas and the grilled vegetables are delicious! You can put together a healthy, filling, delicious vegan meal here, but its just the two basic options of bean bowl or sofritas bowl. Great for an occasional meal. At this particular location, the bathroom consistently smells terrible. I hate having to use it. I really try not to.

Always so friendly when I walk in! They remember your face and arent just "other workers" at a restaurant. The kitchen staff not only communicates, but communicates in front of their customers. I feel its important to not get discouraged and to work together to make each individual happy. Very impressed by the staff!

I always come here for lunch when I forget my meals. The service is very quick. Even if the line is long, youll get served quickly. The staff is always friendly and the place is spotless. I have yet to have a bad experience here. If you like spicy, try the hot sauce. Its just the right amount of heat.

I saw reviews that said speedy....NO WAY. Line wrapped around the store because the kids behind the counter tonight rather spend their time goofing off with each other then assisting others to get the line moving. Literally, stood in line 20 minutes when they werent even short staffed.

Very popular spot to eat at! During lunch time there are a LOT of uniformed military customers which hints at their military friendly discount and located close to Lackland AFB. Great seating areas outside and far enough from the highway as well.

I love Chipotle but my first visit to the location was a bummer. There was a cross contamination of dairy in the guacamole. I asked if they could remake my burrito bowl, which they did... but I felt uncomfortable during my entire meal.

Went to this one 3 years straight. Best Chipotle Ive had. Their portions were always large and the food was fresh and amazing. Other Chipotles under cook rice, beans, etc. This one is always on point

This location is poorly managed. My past several visits have been catastrophic. Either they messed up the order, youre waiting on meat to be cooked, or its a sloppy mess. Go to another location.
