Wow. THIRD order in a row over the past 2 months they got wrong. I called the store manager after my wife came home with the "product" tonight (a mushroom and spinach that looked like it was cooked for another customer earlier in the day with handful of spinach thrown on it, two personal pizzas tossed into a medium pizza box with the pieces all tossed around, and a meat pizza COVERED in a spicy sauce that was meant for the crust. Gross.) Manager was more interested in directing conversation towards what I did wrong (which was nothing. Correction: Attempting to do business at this location for a third time was what I did wrong.) This manager then became condescending, at one point calling me by my full name as if I was a student in his classroom misbehaving. I see all of the complaints on here and wonder, "Who owns this place?" Does the franchise owner not care? Or is this corporate store, too far out for regional managers to care about? Cmon Papa Johns--time to open a franchise in Wimberley and put this place out-of-business! Oh, and speaking of gross: My wife noticed the guy cutting pizza and pushing them into boxes wore no gloves, was scratching his head, and handling money. Glad I threw out what was brought home. Can I recommend The Pizza Cave in Dripping Springs? Sure, its a drive, but man THATs real pizza. REVISED 12/18/14: I have received a full cash refund an an apology from the store manager. This issue has been resolved.

So disappointed. Pizza Hut has always been my go to pizza place and never expected THEM to give me the worst pizza Ive ever had. I have lived in Wimberley for 2 years now and always heard terrible things so I have steered clear. I thought Id give it a shot today but big mistake. Dropped in for carry out, 2 large pizzas & well over thirty bucks later... I got home to find out they forgot half of my toppings on the supreme. Including sausage, black olives, jalapeños, etc. that I PAID EXTRA to put on. On top of robbing me for "forgetting" almost all of my toppings, the pizza was dry and hard as if they made it hours before. Avoid this place like the plague.

Elijah,the server,was kind,however,you cannot advertise a product and then not have it. I ordered the fries,because it came with ketchup, and its only MONDAY!! The pizza came out TOO QUICKLY and it was doughy...yuk. The place is dingy,dirty,with unkempt environment. The sugar trays,empty,the bottles,with Parmesan cheese,sticky and empty. The menus,filthy and sticky. This franchise is NOT up to PHARMACY standards. Its disturbing to see a beloved, national brand,get trashed,IN A TOURIST TOWN! DO THE MATH CEO,MARKETING, BRANDT!! FULFILLMENT,AND FRANCHISE DEPARTMENT!! DO WIMBERELY A FAVOR..? REVOKE THEIR FRANCHISE LICENSE!!

If I could give this a review of 1/2 star I would. Living here for years Ive had personal experience of the suffering being endured by the Wimberley people by this treacherous Pizza Hut. Every single time theres something wrong with the order. I literally just ordered pizza with cinnamon sticks and when I went to pick my food up (some 30 minutes later) they had forgot to make my cinnamon sticks. I dont consider it that big of a deal but at The same time its ALWAYS something. The lady that took my order also wast too pleasant either. Review: 1/2 star -because the pizza wasnt too bad.

Very unsanitary. No hair nets and employees scratching self while making food. And when I asked the manager if he could plz have his employer wear gloves and hair nets, I was told he cant have them wear something they dont have. What kind of food place does not have hair nets and gloves! My husband works in the kitchen of a popular food establishment and they r told for health regulations u r supposed to have those things not just in ur work place if u serve food but also have ur employees wear them. I will never go there until they r up to health code regulations

Pizza Hut has a few anomaly stores but most of them are the same, mediocre. We never go there to eat, we get it delivered when weve been too busy to do anything else. It works, if you doctor it up a little its even good junk food. There are other pizza joints in the area that are much better.........but dont deliver. Sometimes you do get what you asked for.

LET ME TELL YOU... It was absolutely fantastic. As a recurring customer I find the pizza fantastic. Fantastic staff - the CSR, Crystal, is by far amazing! I can not say enough good things - while there have been one or two occasions where there was some issue, the issue was always resolved in a timely manner. I will continue to eat here.

The food is standard fare for Pizza Hut, maybe even a little lesser. However, the dine experience is just fine, with timely performance from the kitchen, and excellent service. This is one of the few places Ive been to that will give you the remote for one of the TVs, and the delivery is generally right on time.

Delivery was so fast that I didnt believe that was the delivery driver knocking on the door. He was very nice and patient while we looked for a pen to write the tip. He even closed our door to keep the bugs out. We will definetly eat there again!

These people are horrible in every aspect. Scott is a horrible delivery driver and can not answer a phone properly to save his life. The pizza comes half cooked and gooey.
