If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service in all of Mesquite. Placed an order online which went smoothly, however things quickly turned south after arriving home to find they had completely messed up the order. Went back up there and requested the correct order as well as fresh sides. They didnt offer to correct the situation and were smug about it. After requesting to speak with management, which was declined, we were only offered a refund. Not even an apology. We then requested corporate info, which was also declined. We left with the store managers name, who was on duty but refused to speak with us. I called up to the store and asked yet again to speak with management to at least get an apology and a reason for the horrible service. The woman who answered the phone refused to let me speak to the manager and claimed she was the manager. This after being told in the store the managers name. Its very sad that Wingstop has this kind of trash running its store. They should be embarrassed by the lack of customer service skills exuding from these individuals. McDonalds certainly does a better job, and thats not saying much. Dont waste your time or hard earned money at this sorry excuse of an establishment. Horrible.

This Wingstop has a problem with black people. They are always disrespectful and rude. My order was wrong and they want me to drive way back across town for their mistake. I called and informed them that my order was wrong, the manager said they cant give me a credit unless I bring the food back. I said Im not driving way back up there thats ok and hung up. Why did they call me back talking about we got your order wrong and Im (Mary) trying to see what we can do about it. Speaking Spanish and laughing like something funny. I said the manager (Veronica) already said she cant give me credit. Well if you bring back the food we can give you credit. I said why did you call me back when I said Im not driving back up there and thats ok. This is not the only bad experience I have had with them. Remember people spend their hard earned money for quality service, save your attitude and rudeness. Im never ordering here again. Im encouraging my people to boycott this Wingstop. If you experienced bad service here post it. Cold ass fries! Sauce all over the dry chicken! I wish I would order Wingstop again!

As soon as I walk in the door I look at the guy standing behind the register on his cell phone and he did not even notice me standing in front of him until I finally said something to him. He took my order and I sat down to eat. As Im eating I noticed another employee on the company phone making what seemed to be a personal call. She was on the phone for my entire meal. And she had her own personal cell phone because she pulled it out of her pocket and was playing on it while still on the work phone. Horrible customer service. But then again what wing stop does have good customer service.

Horrible 3x is way too much you can call in forever busy, drive up order on line never is the order correct! This last time we ordered online drive over and it was cash only. Asked manager what we were going to do freely gave Corp # said its a franchise they will just call them and let them know. So I told her since I have to find an atm do we get any discount she said 5% we dug for cash $25 it was 29 she didnt offer to take that she made us go get cash ridiculous$4 same manager! She even said yes people are complaining there is nothing she could do she was to busy

The food was very delicious, yet my food experience was stolen from me due to an unleashed full grown dog named thunder constantly dusturbing me and my colleagues and even entering the kitchen while the owner was encouraging the beast to engage in public display of affection with the customer, also following my peer towards the bathroom, the entire staff didnt say a word and therefore I wasnt enjoying the food, because my peripheral view was concentrated on the animal, please enforce the laws if there are some, or create some. Very uncomfortable experience.

Ive tried to give this place a second chance but am definitely disappointed. Every time I call to put in an order they take forever Ive been on hold as up to 20 minutes and I waited that long just to prove my point asked to speak to a manager and explained the situation and she sounded frustrated as she apologized for me waiting that long which I concluded she probably already heard this too many times. I dont know about anyone else but it just infuriates and definitely cant eat my food with that type of costumer service !!!!!!!!!

Great wings Bit lousy customer service. I only order online because I can never get through on the phone and I have yet to get an order that was ready when promised. Tonight they said order would be ready for pickup @ 7:15 which was 40 minutes after I placed the order when o got to the restaurant was told it would be a few minutes they were finishing up my ordee. Ice been standing not wanting to take away patron seati.g for over 20 minutes now. No, its not ready yet...

Called in my order ahead of time, got there still had to wait another 20min, the place was dead, mind you that im on my 30min lunch break, I got my order and brought it back to work, I ordered the 8pc combo and i got a 7pc, smh...i wont be going back to this place, oh and there was tons of flys inside the restaurant . i would give this place a - five star rating if there was that option. Very dissatisfied customer.

This location is the worst to call and place an order, Everytime we call the phone calls are busy, busy,busy they totally ignore your calls because they supposedly are so busy and dont want your business, I have called other wing stops and they have the courtesy to at LEAST answer your call, This location I wouldnt recommend to no one, Service is HORRIBLE!!! Ill take my business somewhere else for sure.

Tonight was horrible. Placed an online order at 5pm to p/u at 8 30pm. Stood in line for 25 min just to be told i needed to wait about 20 more minutes for my order to be ready. So my order would have been complete at like 9 20pm. Literally an hour later than the time I was given. I am definitely not happy. Needless to say I canceled my order.

I ordered online at 6pm for a 7:30p pickup. I waited in shop 30 min for my order. The cashier told me that there was an additional 20 min wait when ordering online. Im not a fool... they need to get this under control, there was another customer who told me that his online ordering experience was the same.

It was extremely packed, the food was rush, over cooked, out of tea and I waited over 30 minutes. Additionally, the employees were rude and asked several times to restock the ice I asked more than 3 times not including other customers. Keep in mind how hot it was outside in Texas and i had to beg for ice.
