I was practically ignored. Sat here forever before anyone asked me for my order, then took off without asking me what i wanted a drink. Good thing I had water. Waited half an hour for a dinner Ceasar Salad that was smaller than most side salads and had almost no dressing. Another 10 minutes for dressing. Ignored again after I finished. Didnt offer me desert or ask if I wanted anything else, just the check. Needless to say I am leaving hungry and will not be back!

The food is very well done. The service is not the best in the world. But all in all not a bad visit. The gluten free options are terrible offering 2 or 3 items only on the menu. I wanted a burger and they said they dont have a gluten free bun. Last time I was here they kept them in the freezer. Being the restaurant in the hotel one might imagine they would keep more gluten free options around.

Used to be amazing. Now the service here just sucks. Wait forever for anybody to serve you once seated.. Made to order Omelettes are half as big as they used to be. And as soon and you order the buffet theyre quick to print your bill and lucky if they ask you if you need any service after that. Better off ordering room service or hitting up the Draft if youre an overnight guest here.

My well cooked burger was burnt and dry. With the breeze from the air conditioner my food got cold fast. My friend ordered their shrimp and it tasted horrible. Took 15 minutes to get someone to our table to change our order. Staff was nice but the food was horrble. Too pricey for the quality of the food.

Absolutely awful customer service. Took over an hour to get our food. No apologies, no explanation. The manager just stood there not helping at all. Food was dry and tasteless. Go elsewhere!

Not great. My medium burger was delivered well done. The restaurant was cold and breezy so my overcooked food got cold fast too.

Terrible...microwaved turkey old 9$ chips an 18$ shrimp sandwich with two old shrimp no staff available dont go dont waste your money
