Completely messed up my order and I was the only customer they were making sandwiches for. No one in line at all. All three guys were next to the cash register while my order was being placed. We had a conversation about how I wanted mustard on it and what types they had. All three of them were involved in this conversation. Meal was to go. So whats not on the sandwich when I get home? Mustard. Instead there was ridicoulous amount of mayo on both sides of the bread. Which made it impossible for me to scrape the mayo off and put some mustard on it. I wouldnt be quite as annoyed about this whole situation if we hadnt all talked about the mustard. Seriously, how do you forget in 5 minutes when its the only order youre making!!?

The staff the day I was there was horrible and when I asked for no onions, no mayo, they gave me onions and they gave me mayo... also when I asked for white bread, I was given wheat bread. If you want a good sandwich go to a subway or a jimmy johns. Dont waste your time in there.

Great, friendly staff. Sandwich selection is more interesting and better tasting than your average chain sandwich show. Some outdoor seating and a smallish dining area that can get crowded during lunch rush, but never overwhelmingly-so.

Family run franchise, very nice people. I been eating Firehouse since I was in flight school in Pensacola. Awesome brand, food, fun service approach. I love the hot sauces even though I go hotter than I can handle!

If you want something a little nicer than subway, then, here you go. You will pay 2x subway, but if want the change try it 1x. It isnt gormet, or like NY deli, or like anything .... exciting, but hey, its a chain.

Great place to eat. The food is delicious and the staff are always happy and are wonderful about recommending sandwiches. I go there about once or twice a week. In fact, I think today I must pay it a visit. :)

The food is pretty good and they have a cool array of different kinds of hot sauces that range from wimpy to ridiculously hot. Restrooms could be kept up better though.
