The CiCis closest to us closed down so we were forced to go to the next closest CiCis location for take out pizza, which is this one in Rowlett. I ordered a supreme with no sausage. Got it home, it had sausage on it AND no pizza sauce on it at all!!! Called back up there & the young man on the phone says bring it back to us & wait while we make you another one. What!?!? (How about you go ahead & make it now since Ive already wasted my time & gas on 2 trips now. I bit my tongue.) I asked for a manager & explained the situation again. He said no problem, I see what happened. Ill start another one without sausage & make sure they put pizza sauce on it this time & extended his apologies. I got home with the 2nd pizza & guess what, it STILL had sausage on it! I didnt mess with it anymore at that point, it was late & I was done! Sent it to work with my husband for his buddies to eat the next day so it wouldnt go to complete waste. People make mistakes, I gave them another shot on two more occasions & every time I would get the pizza home, it never seemed fresh or good. We dont order anything fancy anymore. Just 1 plain cheese & 1 plain pepperoni. The cheese is usually ok but the pepperoni is always skimpy, dry & cold as if it had been sitting awhile or re-heated. My husband & I have wondered if they didnt just throw one of the older ones sitting under the buffet in the box during their less busy peak time as not to waste pizza. Well never know but we did stop going to that location after 3 attempts & disappointment each time. CiCis has been a staple for us for years & many different locations, its not that difficult to mess up a simple $5 pizza for us but the Rowlett store has managed to do it multiple times....beware!

I live in Rollett for over 20 years and now cicis is telling me that they no longer have military discount after theyve been serving me these discounts in the past multiple times. Then when I asked the lady at the front to have my private pizza delivered to my table they say they cannot have that kind of pizza served at the table because it does not have a topping on it which I found observed because cicis always would deliver you a pizza to your table no matter what kind of pizza it was. When I was eating with my husband he was telling me that the table that was a while away has the exact pizza that I wanted served at their table. I did not like the service they offered me today and plus on top of that the lady at the front was very rude so I Will not continue my services with cicis anymore because of this experience. Poor poor service sadly.

It has been a long time since going to cicis but this one is horrible! Very limited selection of regular pizzas because they had so many stuffed crust(I guess great for you if you like stuffed crust)and not any special pizza... ie: buffalo or taco etc. It almost seems like this one is running out of business.. throw away packs of parmesan and crushed pepper..plastic forks..not any trays to help carry your food and drinks (hard with a 6 month old lol). Rockwall is much better! They do have a decent play room and dessert was good.

Several times I have come in alone and the manager on staff simply does not greet me. The manager! On the most recent occasion he continued his conversation with an employee about a computer/tablet he is trying to sell as Im waiting at the register to pay. The pizza is left on the line way too long. Employees daze around while there are piles of dishes on many of the tables, making it difficult to find a booth to sit in. Overall, I am most disappointed with the complete lack of customer service by one particular manager.

Bad experience by far at a Cicis got the first specialty pizza pretty fast when i asked for another i got the number for my table and nothing was brought out manager checked but did not receive nothing for 45min we got tired of waiting and left. Will not be coming back to Cicis.

Good offerings and new flat bread pizza is a good alternative to normal fare. Wanted to ask for specialty pizza, but they kept bringing out the same pepperoni and sausage as well as desserts. Will try the Buffalo chicken or Cheddar bacon next time.

Went there the other day with a friend of mine and we both asked at least 3 times for a buffalo pizza in the hour we were there. And their only response was "itll be out on the buffet in soon". The staff was also really rude and inattentive.

Came on for dinner with the kids around 6:00pm. The buffet was full and clean. We ordered a specialty pizza too, and it came out fast and hot. The desert bar was full too. Friendly staff to boot. Great manager.

So to combat people getting Sprite instead of water, this locations solution was to not offer sprite at all! Usually fresh pizza, but you have to ask anytime you want a small packet of parmesan.
