I usually love the sandwiches here. But today was an odd one. I ordered box lunches catering order for 9 people for our office lunch meeting and the sandwiches came without any lettuce , tomato. When i called the store the only thing they offered was an apology for messing up the order and 2 free meals next visit. This is not acceptable. They should be replacing the whole order . Weve ordered plenty a time from potbelly and subway for lunch meetings and this never happened before. Is it our mistake we ordered from whichwhich. Should you not know what goes on a sandwich. Who can eat a dry meat and cheese sandwich anyway. Forgot me even my customers were not impressed and I felt super embarrassed as the store didnt even offer to correct the order and re deliver. I dont think Ill be catering from here again and if I ever do will make sure to mention lettuce and tomato on order form again. Our ordering system is unique as it gives guests full control to create a superior sandwich. Nothing goes on your sandwich unless you say so. Unfortunately, it failed us today. Your salad order had chicken, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers. Just as you ordered it. Your caprese had pesto, cheese and tomatoes. Just like you ordered it. The other sandwiches were made as you ordered them as well. Unfortunately, you didn’t ask for anything additional to be put on them. We are very proud of our team and our restaurant. We are truly sorry that you had a less than superior experience. Please visit us again and we will work hard to make it a superior visit. It was a system error that he said he will take care with his IT department . As courtesy he provided us our complete order with extra brownies and sides. This time the lunch boxes were packed neatly with even napkin and mints. The real joy was when I surprised my customers with the sandwiches and they said "Oh these are delicious, now I know what you were talking about them being so good" Thank you Robert & Milda and the team at North Garland Ave WichWich. You definitely made it a great experience :)

They get my order wrong about every other time. Today I ordered the seasonal turkey one which is advertised as having turkey,mere ssinf, cranberry sauce, and cream cheese. There was no cranberry sauce on it, so I took it back to the counter and told the server. She looked at me and said, "Oh, you wanted cranberry sauce"? The sad thing is this was supposed to be a standard ingredient on this particular sandwich, and I had also checked it off on the bottom part of the bag. Last time, I paid extra for avocado. Got home...no avocado..... I try to avoid this location and frequent the Wylie store. They are very efficient and prompt. The Garland store took 20 minutes today to make two sandwiches; there were three people working and I was the only one there.

I just witnessed this bitter hateful lady completely tear down the cashier for miscounting her change. He had to be 16, just a shy cute little boy. He immediately went to the back with hurt feelings Im sure. Im usually not confrontational in public but I had to let her know how hateful she was and that he was just a kid who made a simple mistake! Right then a lady came to the front and she wasnt just the manager she was the owner.. And that boy happened to be her grandson. She thanked me and my mom for sticking up for him. I literally wanted to cry for him. A little kindness goes a long way. This world could sure use some more of it. To that cashier, you are doing great and dont let hateful people ruin your day. You are awesome.

I love their sandwiches, I have yet to make it past the turkey club because its one of my favorites but one day Ill try the healthier options they have available. Great customer service I enjoy the ordering process as well and if you are new just mention it the team will walk you through it.

Between the rewards and the always delicious sandwiches, I dont think Ill ever have a complaint about this place. Well, there was that one time they didnt put sauerkraut on my ruben...that was a frustrating day.
