Id rate the food about a 4, but the service was awful. We must have gotten there for a shift change, when we entered there were a number of people after us, when we left we were alone with the hired help. After what seemed like an eternity, this clueless college preppy came to us and said, oh Im sorry I forgot about you. Well, I suppose anyone can make a mistake. Then she took our order - didnt write any of it down, I had to repeat it at least twice- and to surprise no one, she got it wrong. Look, if you cant remember I am even there, how can you expect to remember what I ordered?

I rated this "very good" because it is probably the best all around eating establishment in Broken Bow. Set in a very nice looking hotel, the theme is more like a sports bar than a restaurant. TVs on three of the four walls but the furniture is nice and the menu has a nice selection. I though the prices were a little high for the area but the food was good and plentiful. I recommend the full rack of ribs or the rib-eye.

The food and the old atmosphere wirhn the paintings and decor are the only good things here...and I work here I love my job but nothing get done and servers are half ass!!! *excuse me but everyone is more worried about trying to make them selves looks good rather then to help each other....even worst whos house their going to drink at when they off.....but Im of my favorite dishes is the Cheese Tortellini. Add chichen.

I have never been disappointed with the restaurant. Food has always been great, and ordering the takeout had been very pleasant as well. Tell them what you dont want and theyll substitute for you. Also had one item that didnt get put in the computer and the owner came out with it after we mentioned we hadnt seen it. Said it was on the house... Very friendly!

Stopped by for a drink and my lady needed to go to the room and wanted a drink when she came back to join me. I waited for the bartender and then the bartender refused to make both drinks for me so I could have my lady a drink when she joined me. Not a good experience.

Excellent flat iron steak. Good hand cut fries and fresh green beans. Friendly and helpful service. Very reasonable prices in a grand old hotel that people appreciated enough to renovate and reuse original decor.

Be sure to tell them if you have a food allergy. Paid $20 for a piece of grilled fish, as per the menu. Got it home and it was breaded and I am gluten intolerant. They were closed.

Overpriced with rude waitresses that are more worried about how drunk theyre getting when they get off than doing their jobs. Never again.

Great food, but we went during a shift change on the day of the evidence and got a little lost in the shuffle. They were great, though
