Granted, they were a little on the iffy side before, but that is to be expected with any new store opening. This one is starting to make a come back, had the chicken fajita tacos, and before the chicken was dry and rubbery, I dont know what they have done but this time around the chicken and juicy and felt like they were melting in my mouth, bravo. The salsa bar was on point, cleaned and filled, bathrooms were clean, which is a big thing for me. Tables were free of trash, trash cans were empty and the manager was out on the floor, didnt catch her name but she had red hair and the crew was always smiling. And I would like to make a slight comment about another I read in here talking about the guy that looked like he was from prison. This gentlemen waited on me, and although he is covered in tattoos, he was very respectful, polite and helpful, I think his name was Dom. He answered any questions that I had and was on point. Dont judge a book by their cover, just because you do not agree with tattoos. Keep up the good work Taco Cabana, you can only rise!

Worst Taco Cabana ever. Longview has a talent for ruining everything good in this world. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I visit this location, our order is messed up, or something is made wrong, or part of it is forgotten or switched with someone elses. Today my chicken tasted fishy and dry. The beans are flavorless. Ordered a plate and didnt get tortillas but randomly got another side of rice...? Even the salsas at this one suck. Just awful. Dont waste your money, spend a few more dollars and just go to Casa Ole on the loop, best Tex-Mex for the best price youll find anywhere around here.

They NEVER have gotten my order right. They dont give but a tiny bit of sauce and when I asked for it a guy in the back hollered out he was displeased to have to get it and they act that way every time. The guy at the window looks like he just got out of prison with his face/gang tattoos. Run by kids who spend more time socializing than making food. I love taco cabana and Ive waited 20 years for Longview to get one. These careless employees will be the reason this one gets shut down. This taco cabana is giving taco cabanas everywhere a bad reputation.

Didnt have a good experience. Ive never eaten at a Taco Cabana before and brought my family here to try it out. 1 item was wrong on my order, took it back to get it fixed, they remade it and got it wrong again. My family was about done with their food before I finally got my food back. The food was mediocre at best. Prices were fair and the staff were friendly.

I drove a pretty good ways to get taco cabana and went through the drive through got my food was super excited to get back home to eat it when I realized I am missing 2 chicken tacos and the sauce the goes with the sopapillas! Im not a happy camper at all. It would be nice to try and call them but number isnt on google yet or the website. Frustrated

Pretty much grew up on Taco C in west Texas and DFW. This location is, by far, the worst. One trip the rice was overcooked and mushy. Also, the chicken fajitas are over grilled and dry. The best thing is tortillas, I guess.

Taco cabana is one of thee best fast food restaurants you could have placed here in Longview. I just moved from Dallas March 2017 and I have been going to Dallas just to get the chicken flautas,theyre soooooo delicious.

Babacoa had to much roast in it. Got a 1/2 Babacoa 1/2 water which is suppose to be one pound of meat.. We couldnt even use our plate for the water. We were very disappointed . Nothing like the one in Austin Tx.

Very friendly staff. Food is prepared fresh - has great flavor. Beer is cold! Met my husband for the 1st time at a taco cabana in San Antonio, so glad there is one in longview. Lots of great memories !

Staff on the floor talked loudly about their displeasure of past customers as we waited 35 minutes for our food. They depend on their sauces to bring ANY good flavor to the food. Not worth trying again.

Food Good! Cheap frozen margaritas Good! Loved my steak fajita nachos. My husband ordered steak street tacos with no cilantro, but did get cilantro. He thought it was too spicy. We WILL go back!
