Their sign says it all.... Killer Ribs. After being in Longview Texas for 2 weeks, I finally treated myself to some ribs at the Texas Roadhouse. I went as a party of 2, we were greeted and seated promptly. Warm fresh bread rolls awaited us as soon as we sat down at out table. Our drinks were brought quickly as were our side salads. The staff checked on us frequently, almost too frequent, however it was just a quick "is everything ok?" and they did not hover at the table making it fine with me. As soon as our salads were done and a proper digestive time had passed (about 5minutes), the main course - 2 full slabs of fall off the bone ribs - were delivered. Perfect timing. Baked potato with choice of garnish was our side, mine with sour cream, the other with melted cheese. Other sides were available, I just cant remember them. I have never had ribs this good. The meat literally falls off the bone when you pick them up, and the BBQ sauce they baste them in an sweet and delicious. Our server was friendly, the food was so good I ordered a half slab to take back to hotel. I would recommend any travelers in Longview to check this place out. 5 stars!

We went to eat there last Tuesday. There were 9 of us and we got seated at two booths! Then my 6 month old needed his diaper changed so I took him into the restroom to find out that there were no trash cans to throw the dirty diaper away! I asked a waiter why there wasnt a trash can in the bathroom, he gave me a smug look and got an attitude as he got a dust pan off the kitchen floor that already had trash in it so I could place the dirty diaper into the dust pan. From now on I will eat steak somewhere else. I will not be returning to this place again! Im really unsatisfied with how we were treated!

Called in a reservation and upon arriving I had to wait an additional 30-45min. They have 4 people standing at the counter waiting for you to be seated, but yet no one was being seated. Why call in for a reservation if you still have to wait. Called it in 2 1/2 hours before time then they wanted to split up our party. Terrible service and the smallest Texas Road House I have ever seen. Need to change the sign out front to "Seating for 4 only and dont mind the wait" Horribel.....

Great steaks!! Seasoned too much occasionally. Fresh, hot rolls with your choice of butters. The "call ahead" reservations does away with any n all wait time to be seated!! Sort of loud especially on weekends when tvs are all tuned to sports networks! But I enjoy it! My daughter informed our waitress that it was my birthday last time I went so I had to sit in the saddle mounted on a sawhorse while the staff & other diners sang to me and ending with their famous "YaHoo"!!!

I have low expectations when it comes to Texas Roadhouse. I either get overdone or cheap cuts of meat. This location was no exception. My wife and I both ordered Ribeyes medium rare, one came out medium-well and the other was dry and well-done. We didnt have time to wait for them to remake it, so we made do. Apart from the poor steak, the other food and service was good.

Great place. The atmosphere is boisterous, but not so loud you cant hear the person across from you. Steaks were juicy not overly tender. Mashed potatos, perfect. Good beer and I loved the sangria margarita with the extra chaser. Though next time Ill try it on the rocks, frozen gives me brain freeze.

Not crazy about the steaks because mine is always overcooked. However, the bartenders are great, and the margaritas are enjoyable for a happy hour. I avoid sitting at the tables because I never get good service. Seems like all they want to do is drop the check and get me outta there.

Consistent good service. I love the grilled shrimp here. Steaks were cooked perfectly. The early dine menu is very reasonable. Green beans look like your typical southern style with bacon but did not have the right taste. Very good for kids since the atmosphere is so loud.

The food is delicious. I highly recommend the Beef tips with the loaded mashed potatoes. The service is slow around 6pm, which is to be expected. Very loud not a place to go for a romantic date. But if you want to have a boisterous time with your mates, its excellent.

Food is really good, prices seemed to have went up though so now I prefer to go to Crackel barrell because they are cheaper and food taste even better... always had a great server when I went.. waiting lines can be a pain, and its a very loud environment

The appetizer and margerita were good, but although energetic, our server, Tiffany mixed up our order from "salad to entree." Needs more practice, maybe then my steak wont be medium well when I order medium rare.

Ive been eating here since I moved to east Texas. The food is always cooked perfectly and tastes delicious. The service is always great and I can honestly say I have never had any problems while eating here!

Wow! Always great service and stellar atmosphere. The food was beyond tasty. We both had steaks (obviously) and shrimp. The bacon cheddar fries were a great appetizer, too. We will certainly be back!

Great steaks, had over 20 r 30 waiters and still took 20 minutes to get a waiter to wait on us. Had to ask for one after 10 minutes of sitting. Other than getting waited on all good.

Ok..my personal preference is the chicken fried steak, too much salt on everything.. :( The buttered corn tasted like it was canned... :( disappointed

Let me preface with I love steak. Yesterday I didnt feel like having a steak so I ordered the salmon. It was phenomenal and I highly recommend it.
