This is for Kingwood location.... Terrible service... I had cashier Q.C. clerk #169 was severely lack customer service.... She overcharged me and when I went back to the counter her attitude was like I dont really care the manager will be with you.... Then they had a chicken strip fall on the counter and an employee thought it was okay to grab it with bare hands and put it back in the basket.... I had to tell her I wouldnt take that basket.... I believe the owner or franchise really needs to retrain all employees on customer service skills.... Employees discontent of working their was very obvious and they were speaking negatively out in the open.... One said I cant wait until 5pm to get out of here.... As if the customers who are paying their salary were bothersome.... Their attitude was as if they were being forced to work their..... Very disappointing to have that here in Kingwood..... I feel that if they got local high school the customer service would be better....

They did not have what I wanted so I had to order something else. They also would not take my app discount off my phone, told me I had to print it off the app. Ice cream came out partly liquid. Three other coustomers who had their meals but yet the place was filthy. After Finnish my ice cream I realized that my ice cream was not made correctly (no fudge in center). After our ice cream came out the employees just stood around complaining about their job instead of doing their job. After we sat down we could see mold by the windows and we could see the light coverings have not been cleaned in some time. The bathrooms were filthy as well and do not lock, an employee just walked in on my son as he was washing his hands. Will not come back to this DQ again even though we have been to this one before and had no major complaints.

If I could post ZERO stars I absolutely would!!!! Our family has came here a few times hoping that each time our ice cream order would be right, our fries would be cooked, and we WOULDNT WAIT FOREVER IN LINE! I normally dont like to rant but the last time I went there NOT ONE CAR was in line or at the restaurant. I get to the window and LIKE ALWAYS.... they asked "could you please hold a moment" I said NO, and left. I went to sonic (next door) I even called and asked for Corporates number, they didnt have or know it to give to me... so they gave me a supervisors number. I had texted it for an email because if I would have called then I would have NOT been nice. No reply. Our family will NEVER EVER RETURN. I mean if they got our order right then the wait wouldnt be as bad... but no.

As much as I hate to admit Dairy Queen in Huffman is a hole in the wall it used to be the only place you could get food around here so we would put up with it and dont get me wrong Dairy Queen food is good its American food but the people that work there and the service and the cleanliness of the store is why I dont go back to eat or to apply for a job Ive worked there in the past when I was 16 and in my early twenties both times Ive left my employment and the fact of simply not eating there because of them not being up to par. The store needs a makeover as well as the employees in my opinion. Crosby Dairy Queen is way better in cleanliness a new store and good employees great service.

Ordered the 3 tacos. Pretty sure they over charged me. But that aside, for 4 to 5 dollar tacos they were about as pathetic as you could get. The shell was practically empty. No exaggerating. Have never felt hungier after a "meal". Going to get more food now elsewhere. The shells were stale. They didnt bother to heat and crisp them. They put practically no lettuce. Why jip me out of 5 cents of lettuce to at least fill the shell up. I like the lettuce, its an enjoyable part of a taco! I hv ordered these from DQ for years. The worst ive had. Probably will stop going to DQ completely for fear the other DQs may donthe same.

Husband and I spend $19 on chicken and steak finger baskets for lunch today. Our order came out like two minutes after we ordered which we thought was odd. Our fries and meat were lukewarm, toast was toasted but cold like it had been in fridge. There were little with winged dead and alive bugs on window seal next to the booth we were sitting in and flies flying all around. We have given them multiple chances and gone there quite often thinking maybe things would get better but I think today we decided that we are no longer going to go there unless maybe its just for ice cream.

Worst DQ I have ever been to. So disappointed. They got my order wrong. Burger was burned on the outside and not cooked through as it was still pinkish red in the middle. I also ordered lg onion rings and got small fries. The place itself was questionable for cleanliness and the service is soooo slow and they could maybe be a bit friendlier. I dont believe I can say I would recommend this DQ. I will not go back. Did I eat the food when I got home..... No. Normally I love DQ. But this particular location, not so much. I hope they get better management, staff and cooks.

Took my kids to this Dairy Queen for dinner the other night. It took for ever to get our food, then when we got it it was all wrong. The kids meals had burgers instead of chicken strips and my Texas toast was burnt. When I brought it to the girls attention she said "you dont want that burnt toast huh?". Which tells me that they knew it was burnt and just didnt care. Kids finally got their chicken strips and I walked up to get them gravy and they said they were out and it would take approx 15 mins. I told them just to forget it.

the worst dq ive ever been to. first they give me half my food and tell me to have a nice day. so i politely said no i dont have all my order. then the rest of the food comes. again told to have a nice day. blizzards finally get done. again told to have a nice day. NO dont have drinks. one drink comes and still have to ask for the other. RIDICULOUS! by the time i got everything. both blizzards were melted and all the food was cold. i live in atascocita but would rather drive to crosby to get dq from now on.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences Ive ever had. For one, its ridiculously overpriced, which Im willing to overlook for some decent food. However, this was not the case. The chicken strips were stale, cold, and tasted like they had been sitting out all day. The fries and toast were super soggy and disgusting. The strawberry limeades tasted like Sprite that needed to be changed. Overall, this place was terrible and I definitely will not be returning to this location.

Been here a couple times, each time it takes forever. We only went for ice cream because you would think "how long could it take to make a blizzard?"...(the answer is not that long, I used to work at a dairy queen as a highscool student and it takes maybe 2 min)..at this place it could take up to 20- 30 min. The place seems disorganized and unclean. I would rather make the drive to crosby and eat at the DQ there. This place gives a bad rep to DQs.
