Worst sonic Ive ever been too. At the stalls the menu boards loudly beep at you when you press the button which is annoying as ever. The car hops do not repeat your order so half of the time its wrong. The drive through attendants hardly ever run a drink out when the line is really long. Sometimes they even forget to answer the stalls and leave people waiting there for 10 minutes with no answer which is what they just did to my husband. Come on people. Customer service is not that hard. I worked for sonic for 3 years and if the thing that happened at this sonic ever happened to the ones I worked at,the managers would have done a complete overhaul. Sadly though it is the managers that are doing the bad job here too. I hear them inside through the drive through window just cutting up and having fun instead of helping or in general just doing their job.

Hours say they close at 12. Came at 11:40pm. Workers were still there and lights were turned on. Say for a few minutes in the drive through waiting for somebody to answer. Worker peaked around the corner while texting on his phone,saw me sitting there, waited a few minutes and after I didnt drive off he turned all the lights off on me and walked away. I drove to the window where the guy saw me and walked back still on his phone. He waved for me to drive on mouthing the words "we are closed". I got him to open the window and said "dont you close at 12" and he said "no 11" and closed and locked the window and walked away texting again. If they did close at 11 then 40 minutes afterward the lights wouldnt have still been on and the workers wouldnt still be there. Poor service, rude workers, lazy workers, and overall not a great sonic.

Worst Sonic Ive ever been too. The service is horrible. I ordered popcorn chicken and mozzarella sticks. I asked for ranch and marina sauce and they didnt give me either of them. They also didnt give me a straw for my drink. I pushed the button a second time and let them know what I needed. They brought me honey mustard. Where they got that from is beyond me. Not to mention it took them almost 20 minutes to bring my food. Then it took them 10 more minutes to bring me the dipping sauce I didnt want. They say they want better pay but they dont even deserve the minimum wage they already get.

Took forever to get my food and when I did, it was cold. I ordered a cheeseburger with large tater tots and a route 44 diet cherry limeade. What I got was a cold cheeseburger, cold french fries, and a route 44 limeade. I checked the receipt to make sure that the girl who took my order got everything right, and she did. That was probably the only good part about this visit. And they want $15 an hour.... Psh!

Usually really great, but we received our master blasts half melted the other night after a long wait. Car hopper was very distracted, and didnt pay much attention to giving us our order, and handed us or order slowly, while looking away. Dont usually have this issue, but I hope I dont get that again, otherwise Ill be looking for another nearby Sonic.

I will never go here again . After waiting for 20 minutes they told me it would be alot longer for the popcorn chicken because I ordered gravy. Told me I needed to get another choice. Told them just give me my money back. She did and then made my granddaughter give back her coke. Which she had been drinking on waiting on the order. Rude. Rude. Rude.

I brought my grandsons to play on playground. They love the playground, but the sand area and covered area needs to be cleaned before opening. There are ants also under tables. This is a nice place. Please keep it clean, including customers.

They have consistently good food and service. We love to take the kids to sit at the covered patio and let them play on the Playground. This Sonic location has a beach volleyball court complete with sand. Very cool. Highly recommend.

Nice location, good look in this part of town. The additional space and play area with lighting is a awesome space for kids and youth to utilize to the fullest. Hopefully this strip will grow with youth in mind.

Great location with a lot to offer. A large variety of food, drinks, and desserts as well as a great playground for kids, sand volleyball court for big kids, and a large covered pavilion to order and eat at.

New breed of sonic. This sonic is very new and at a very good location for easy in and out. The driveway and spaces are large and it has a volleyball Court and kids play area. It is well lit.

I was so excited when this opened so close to our house...nope, we still drive across town to the Judson Road Sonic. The 4th Street one has poor service and, somehow, worse food and drinks.
