Ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch. The employee with 4 lines poorly tattooed on his right forearm, just below his elbow, didnt put the correct amount of cheese on the sub. When I called him out on it all he said was "Not everyone wants it." Didnt ask- just assumed I didnt want the full product I was paying for. I didnt see his name tag clearly enough to read it because it was on the back of his hat. He also had his uniform covered by street clothes. This employee displayed poor presentation and a worse attitude. In fact, most of the employees tonight seemed to be in very poor spirits. Ive been working in customer service for almost a decade, including being a former Subway employee. Theres certain universal standards that span all aspects of customer service. This is worst service Ive received in a long time, and I feel very few of those standards were met. TL;DR The attitude of the staff tonight was absolute crap. I wont be back.

They use some goofy touch screen that takes WAY longer than speaking to an actual human. If its raining, have fun trying to use it. Is it too much to ask tat we speak to a human when ordering? Unacceptable. The employees are very good....but who ever decided to switch to a robotic ordering system needs their head checked. Hope the penny pinching is worth it.

We went through the drive through because when I got there the restaurant was closed and I was pleasantly surprised never having used the drive through before on how easy it was to place my order I have been in the restaurant however and it was clean and well maintained and the wait was 5 mins or less even in the busiest time of the day

Every single time, without fail, they ALWAYS get my order wrong at the drive thru. Ive brought my sandwich in to be remade and they still make it incorrectly. Not going here anymore.

Very clean and friendly employees. Hard to find parking for large vehicles and extremely difficult with a trailer. I parked in the church lot next door as they were closed.

Standard subway. I used the touch screen drive thru cause it was raining and had my order placed in 30 seconds. Easy to use and the order couldnt be screwed up.
