This store clearly couldnt care less if their customers receive what they order, and are completely unwilling to make up for their own mistakes. I went in earlier tonight and ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo with no mayo and adding ketchup and mustard. After waiting for 10 mins for our order, when I finally got home I realized I just got a cheeseburger w/ nothing but ketchup and mustard, not even the bacon that they charge extra for, no lettuce tomato or anything else. I checked the receipt which clearly stated bacon cheeseburger no mayo add ketchup and mustard. I went back to the store and asked they make up for the mistake and was told I could wait while they made a replacement. They refused to compensate me in any way for going home and having to come back, and were instead indignant they did anything wrong despite what was on the receipt. This was far from the first time I havent received what I ordered at this location, however was the first time I went back to ask for compensation for their mistake. There should be no surprise this store regularly receives 1 star reviews. I sincerely hope the corporate office of Sonic will hold the employees of this location accountable for their complete lack of accountability for their level of service.

I shouldve mentioned in my last review: Pulled up in drive thru and swiped my card at the machine outside the drive thru window. After I swiped, the girl at the window said "no no no!" so I said "do I just hit cancel?". She said "yes". She then takes my card, runs it, and hands it back to me without a receipt. I checked my bank account while waiting on my food (it ALWAYS takes a long time [6+ minutes] to receive your food in the drive thru- weird, huh?). My card was overcharged. This Sonic always screws something up. Also, watch out for extremely long, dark, curly hair in the breakfast burritos. If that happens, dont bother calling the manager. He seems to care about the same as the other employees; not at all. Any time I consider going back there, I think to myself, "surely they wont screw up like last time" --they usually prove me wrong.

By far the worst Sonic I have been too, and Ive given them quite a few chances. Waiting 15+ minutes for an order? Check. Order being partially incorrect usually? Check. Staff that does not care one bit about their jobs? Check. Completely forgetting about an order and never bringing it out? Check. Allowing homeless people to harass their patrons in the stalls? Check. Once you receive your food, it even tastes awful. Its cold. They dont chance the fryer oil often enough. Its made sloppy. All things point to poor management and poorly trained employees. I dont see how a place could operate so poorly and stay in business. Dont waste your time or money at this location. If you really need a sonic drink, there are other locations nearby that offer better service.

The other recent reviews (mid-2016) are accurate. They no longer are open after midnight on a seemingly randomly-generated schedule. I get that; Westport on a weekend probably sucks, but at least update the hours. The service/food is by far the worst out of the cornucopia of Sonics Ive been to, but again - Westport. Regardless, this is a nationwide brand and they should lay the smack down on this branch. It really sours the brand image when you have the aforementioned issues and have to wait 15 to 20+ minutes (yes, EVERY time, without fail) when they do decide to be open for the day. Sonic is known for being the "slow fast food", but 20 minutes is exorbitant. Overall rating: weird and sad.

Service was relatively prompt, within seven minutes of ordering curb side. The delivery and the packing of the food was questionable. It was handed on its side; while typically not a problem with dry foods, with sauce, it made a mess when unpacking. The condiment was forgotten. DO: Check to make sure your order is complete and all desired food and extras are delivered. DO NOT: Park too close to the menu board. While it makes ordering through the speaker easier, it makes the handling of your food more difficult.

Really this is the consistently slowest Sonic I have ever been to and I visit Sonic pretty often. For some reason they also have the worst slush drinks I have had anywhere. After several attempts at pulling in for my usual, the Lemonberry Slush, I asked the girl one day why their drinks were not very slushie. She replied that there was nothing wrong with it, it was just as slushie as it always was!. Exactly the probel. How can one Sonic be so bad and another Sonic, not too far away be so much better?

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at night. Why do you allow your staff to use their cell phones at the window and in sight of customers instead of preparing the orders? Constant incorrect orders. Terrible presentation of food items and if I wanted smashed cheeseburgers, Id ask for smashed ones. One of the worst Sonics around. Please provide better service and quality. Thanks for finally installing outdoor lighting a year later. I feel a little more safer now in the dark there.

There fries are NEVER fresh i complained to them about it and they say they are going to fix the problem and they send me two free combo meals so i finally used one today and what happens???? Again with the fries i mean not just a little soggy you hold them and they call limp. I wont even use my other free combo because its so nasty. I tried and gave them another chance but their food is TOO EXPENSIVE to be getting 10 soggy fries just mind blowing.

Waited in their drive through for almost 30 minutes and then received an "ultimate chicken sandwich" that had cooked all the lettuce and tomato in the wrapper while the chicken breading turned to mush. Basically tasted like wilted cooked lettuce paste between a bun. Ridiculously bad. Would give negative starts if possible. (I like Sonic. Too bad they cant keep a good crew at this terrible location)

I visit your Sonic about 2 times a week. The last time I went I ordered a supersonic double cheeseburger without cheese and mayo. I took it a couple mile away to eat. The patties were so hard and crispy I couldnt eat it. It was too far away to return and I had to get back to work. This is not the first time this has happened.. I will not go back. This place sucks.

I had a fine experience here. I was crazing a drink so I stopped by and ended up getting tatter tots as well. Big mistake, they are very greasy and not very flavorful but its Sonic... I didnt expect too much. The staff was friendly and I was in and out in a few minutes. Busy location and in a area where you have to be careful when you pull out into traffic.

One of the worst sonics Ive been too. On Google it says they are open 24 hours, but anytime I go after midnight, they are closed. When I do get there before midnight Im waiting 15 mins for anything including shakes. Its ridiculous. The employees are rude and always have an attitude. Just sad. This used to be my favorite sonic but now it is one of the worst.
