1 - Heavily tattooed black dude making the sandwiches was super sweaty... theres no way that he didnt drip into the sandwiches and/or ingredients 2 - They skipped me in line and moved the lady next to me, ahead of me. She apologized, even though it was the workers fault 3 - There was a sign on the counter that said "Ask for a free sample of soup", so I said, at the register, "can I get a free sample of soup?" and they just looked at me with a confused expression and the short white lady said "We dont do free samples." So then I pointed at the sign and said "well it says to ask for a free sample of soup...so I thought Id just ask for a free sample of soup..." they seemed irritated and gave me a tiny cup of soup finally. 4 - I went to use a Subway giftcard. (black guy) said "theres 0 dollas on it." So I pull out another one and try it. "0 dollas." So I pull out my last card. "0 dollas." Then the white lady leaned over and pushed a button or something. And guess what? Im actually not an idiot. The cards all had $10 on them. The guy had no idea what he was doing. He was doing it wrong. This hold up caused the other customers in line to get anxious, and made me look like I was the cause of it. 5 - BUT my friend went through before me and tried to pay with the giftcards too, but the white lady didnt fix it. So he had to waste money off of his debit card, when the only reason we went to Subway was because we had giftcards. 6 - They offered no apology for their lack of competence, and wasting our time and money. You know they actually pay these people? Is it really that hard? Im not going to this one again. Go to Liberty; Ive never had problems there and the staff is actually friendly there.

It was extremely packed tonight. While making our sandwiches another person came into work. She was in regular clothes and when the nice employee asked her to put on a hair net she said no, my hair isnt going to fall in the food, very rudely right before finishing up our sandwiches. Hair does fall in food. We will be going to the other subway in Crosby from now on.
