I called to inquire, about the cakes while I was traveling near the store. I had intentions on stopping by and making a purchase, however I did not know how much, nor did I know if they were made by order only ( all of these matters could easily be addressed on the website, but are unavailable). Once my call was answered I managed to ask if there were cakes on hand or strictly made to order, and if all the cakses were the same price. I received a snappy, " yes they are all the same price and we only have cupcakes, not whole cakes.... Can you hold in a second " Still calm in my reply "yes maam Ill hold" after holding about three minutes the snappy voice returns, "Are you still there?" I reply, " yes maam Im still here" After a brief moment of silence I hear a muffled voice as the phone receiver is passed over to someone else. In the rustling of noise I hear the same voice "here just talk to her!" The phone was then passed to man .... Now Im sure he would have helped me, but at this point Im wondering what I could have done to have caused such an upset. If they were busy or if she was having a bad day there is still no reason to be rude. Taking my business elsewhere

Ok, lets be clear about this, YOU ARE IN FOR A TREAT! These are awesome cupcakes. Ive NEVER had a cupcake here that wasnt moist and delicious. Everyones taste may be different, but im convinced, that if you take a little of the carrot cake cupcake, and put it on your forehead, your tongue will slap your brains out trying to get to it. Yes, its that good. The ice cream is delicious too, but the cupcake and ice cream parfait thing they do is too much of a good thing to me; too much sugar at one time. THEY ALSO DONATE THEIR CUPCAKES THAT THEY DONT SELL DAILY TO THE HOMELESS. Very cool in my book. All the staff there have always treated me well also. Give em a whirl, you can thank me later ;)

Yum, Yum! Cupcakes are delicious and moist. The ice cream is AMAZING! Put them together in an Un-shake...incredible. Youve GOT to try the Cookie Butter ice cream and cupcake! Really cant go wrong with any if the flavors.

Such amazingly moist cupcakes, and this week thet have started serving ice cream. The ice cream is smooth and rich, they also can pair it with your favorite cupcake for a delicious treat!!! Best cupcakes in East Texas!!!

I got some homemade ice cream and it was awesome! I had to ask about gluten free options and they let me read ingredients for myself. The service was great and the ice cream was delicious.

Good cupcakes!! I was disappointed that I missed the "Hump Day" promotion today. Hard to Believe that I got there 15 minutes after opening and all the free cupcakes were gone.

Cupcakes are delicious!! We had Southern Turtle and Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake. Definitely worth the cost.
