Today my girlfriend and I came in to get some ice cream and was disappointed with their service. their where two people working a young lady and a man, the young lady was taking the order of the person in front of me and they had asked for a cake batter like it the man took my order and I asked for a love it cake batter ice cream with sprinkles mixed in when he had grabbed the ice cream the portion size was extremely to small I mean the young lady practically gave the person infront of me more and they got a like it. so when the man put it in the cup it only reached half way so since the amount obviously was to small he put in another small portion and did not bother to mix in the sprinkles and it wasnt even busy for him to do such a horrible job it didnt take so much to mix in the sprinkles I basically had the bottom with sprinkles and the top without. So then he took my girlfriends order and she wanted it in a cone but didnt even ask he just put it an a cup. I dont know if he was new and didnt know the portion sizes or he just doesnt like his job so he puts out a horrible customer service either way it was disappointing!

The low rating is definitely for the POOR service my family and I received!! The young lady that helped my husband and I seemed a bit agitated that our 2 daughters took a couple of moments to decide which flavor they wanted to sample. After begrudgingly giving them a pea-size taste, she proceeded to have an attitude. Against my better judgement, I ordered two cones of the flavor they each sampled. After making the first cone, she decided to give me the option of a half & half cone. I had no idea what she meant. She tried explaining... however with the attitude she had, things just got worse. Customer service was a huge MISS today!!! First and last visit at this location!! Management was also present and seemed a bit intimidated by his staff!!

Rude employees: I havent been back since about 2 years ago... We ordered ice cream about 10 minutes before they closed because we had to wait in line about 20 minutes top order (long line). There was about 8 of us that ordered, so a decent size order. They literally forced us to leave because they were closing, and we were only half way done with our food and it was cold outside. This is not how restaurants work....If you are in the doors before they close, they are suppose to let you stay and finish your food. Never going there again. By the way, we got there 30 minutes before they closed, how were we suppose to know we had to wait that long before we could order?....sad times.

so i ordered a 32 ounce to go container with "chocolate devotion." and this costs almost $11.00. but the person filling my order only did enough "chocolate devotion" to fill the bottom part of the container and then just threw regular ice cream on top of that. so im home and i cant even eat a scoop of "chocolate devotion" cuz its somewhere at the bottom of the container. if i had wanted a container of chocolate ice cream i coulda just gone to the grocery store and paid half the money. how is that an ok way to fill a to go container? and every time i go to this cold stone i am harassed by a homeless guy. it ruins it everytime!!

The icecream is great at every Cold Stone, but at this one the staff was super as well. They were very busy and a customer approached the manager telling him how his cc had dropped between the wall and some panelling while his children were standing in line. They were not able to get the card back, but they did give him his order at no charge.

HORRIBLE! its not worth a star. One of the staff members spit in my friends milkshake. My friend nicely asked for a new one but staff refused and kicked us all out. All of this is becuase my friend had to repeat his order twice and apparently the worker didnt like it and decided to spit in his milkshake. Wouldnt recommend.

Drove all the way from belton to the plaza just to get ice cream here and enjoy my saturday evening. Got there at 9pm on a saturday night, and the clerk told another guy to tell me as i walked in that they were closed, they still had a line of people waiting and the store hours are until 10pm. Not ever going there again

New owner, new layout, amazing ice cream servers. The owner is super kind, and his workers were just as kind. Every time someone tips, they sing a song, and that was just as great as the service! Plus, they were incredibly fast! Way better than the last cold stone owners. Coming back for more!

This Cold Stone since around March 28,2016 changed hands in ownership. It is much better, and everything is exactly how you would expect a Cold Stone store to be. I even met the owner personally, he is really passionate about his cold stone locations. It was an awesome experience.

I like Cold Stone ice cream because of the mixing and what I can add into my ice cream. This place is under staff but they do a very good job in helping you out the best they can! I dont mind the wait. I just wish the managers or store managers would hire more people.

This location was disgusting! Not only do beggars (asking for spare change, etc.) come in while youre eating ice cream, there is dried up ice cream on the floors and tables. It smells terrible as soon as you walk in the door. How disappointing.

The ice cream was amazing, especially when I left the ice cream choice to the employee serving me. My favorite part was tipping the employees because they sang us a cute tip jar song! I would definitely walk through the rain again for this shop.

Excellent ice cream concoctions. Wish they still had malt! Friendly staff. Not cheap, and sometimes takes a few minutes so be prepared to wait your turn and give the staff working there a break. Pricey. Tasty. Keep it simple and enjoy

Excellent ice cream. But...we had to wait in a 45 minute line (seems they couldve made more than one cone at a time), and the price was high for a family of four. There are plenty of other ice cream options on the Plaza without the wait.

My coworkers and I come here fairly often to get past three 3 oclock slump. The guys working here are always fast and friendly. If youre on the plaza and need a quick pick-me-up in the form of ice cream be sure to stop by!

Ice cream is good but not worth the wait. Please hire a couple more individuals to work. Huge lines and people walking out left and right. Owners please Spend some time with the staff and encourage a little hustle.
