My wife and I like to order Trio. From 2 years ago to now their portions are becoming smaller and smaller. Only after we complain do they add to the portions that they have cut down on. Today, we went during lunch, albeit a bit late at 1:30 PM or so. Guess what, each of the 3 portions of the Trio were the smallest ever. $7.49 ; $7.99, for each Trio, my God, I wouldnt pay $3.49 ; $3.99, for each. We left hungry ! Only 1/2 the plate was full ! Quality, I have to say, is Excellent. They brought the bread (with the soup) After we had finished eating. They did bring 2 pieces of bread, one extra. That was great. The waitress, and others behind the ordering area, were so uptight and unsmiling, as if we were from another planet. Looked like somebody had spooked them by telling them These 2 are coming, these 2 are coming ! And, the people next to us were also annoyed at the portion of food they put on their plate. Next time, I am going to take a photo and put in the review.

I come here almost every morning. The foods definately quality. I give it 4 stars because the coffee is always cold. There are 4 kinds of coffee here and usually 3 of the 4 containers are ice cold. Sometimes all 4 will be cold... even the half n half containers will constantly be empty. I almost did 3 stars for this reason but I actually really enjoy this place so... 4 stars! Update! Its 9:30am and all 4 coffee containers are ice cold.... unacceptable. This is a consistent issue EVERY day. Ive had enough... dropping to 2 stars.

After taking a bite out of the wrong order, the worker delivered it to the customer who ordered that salad. I intervened and informed the customer. Worker first lied about it, but after showing him where my toddler took a bite from the bread, he took it back. Manager tried to say that it was already switched in kitchen and did not seem to take it very serious that food was being taken from one table to the next....

A good place to go for a filling, quick breakfast and am average place to go for lunch. The food is always good, but around lunch time, things can get a bit crowded. We often will have our morning meetings walking down to corner and grabbing a breakfast panini or power flat. Breakfast stops at 10 am.

Not enough staff to keep the place clean the glass on the revolving door is always filthy . The tables dont get cleaned right s way when customers leave . When I asked them about it the manager said the company doesnt want to spend money to hire
