Only docking them a star because their wifi is spotty (sorry, Panera). This location is just as good as any Panera Ive been to (including the ones near my apartment in St. Louis, which includes some of the first locations to open). The food was fine, though my frozen lemonade melted a bit faster than I think it should have (but can I blame them for that?) and the employee didnt bag my bagels separately as I had asked, so I ended up with messy sticky bagels touching my plain ones. The horror, right? If they hadnt have goofed up there, it probably would have been a 5-star experience. Im just happy to see some better chains opening up in Longview!

I went into the Longview location & ask what the pick 2 included & shes says a half sandwich & soup or salad. Price is advertised as $5.79 when I get my ticket I was a total of $16.07 & when I ask why she goes well the soups an additional $3.89 which is not whats advertised so I said I dont want & ask for refund which she goes to the Manager & rolls her eyes & then Manager walks over doesnt ask anything & was also very rude!!! Never eaten there!! Deceptive advertising!

Amazing service and delicious food, but they never seem to have the soup I want on the days Im there. Poor planning on my part, but it would be nice to have more soup options available more days during the week. Overall, great place to grab a bite to eat while enjoying a peaceful, cozy atmosphere!

Normally good. However, they stopped carrying the things that I liked ordering. I used to love the carrot cake, now theyre telling me they no longer carry it.....but they still have it listed on the menu. How about REMOVING it so no one will ask for it? Thank you.

The staff were very friendly. the service very fast and the food was excellent. much better then I expected. it was my first visit to a Panera Bread and it was a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this location.

I was ordering a certain bread on my sandwich because I had allergies, and they were out of it. But the cashier was so kind and looked up the ingredients of another bread so that way I was able to order what I wanted!

It was okay service I ordered my food whatever I got to my table I realized that they put it as a half-sandwich make sure that they repeat your order back to you correctly or at all

Great food, friendly staff. My only complaint is the bread, 80 percent of the time my bread is stale. Ironic that a place with bread in the title serves stale bread.

Turkey sandwich. Meat was soggy and when I asked if it had been frozen manager confirmed thats the way they got their meat. Wont be ordering there again.

Bread is not always fresh. Sandwiches and salads prepared with minimal care. They dont even warm the baguette now. Was really good, not the same anymore.
