Owner contacted us after our first experience and made things more than right! My hubs returned tonight and had a 100% better experience! He claimed everything and everyone was awesome! Hopefully I will get to go back one of these days and give it another try for myself! Thank you so much Brian for making things more than right for us! Lucky they are getting 1 star. Our server was "new" and acted like she had no clue what was going on. She took our order, then maybe 5 minutes later came over telling us she couldnt find our ticket and asked what we ordered so she could rewrite it. No big deal, until she went on to ask us if we had eaten yet, then proceeded to tell us that the cook had our ticket. Whatever, things happen. She had NO clue what half of the food on the menu was, told me that she "thought" the chicken bacon ranch was a wrap. Turns out, it was a sandwich, no big deal, except it had JALAPEÑOS on it!! Hello, that would have been nice to know! Glad Im not allergic to them! Our food came out, then our wings came out, WRONG(they were supposed to be an appetizer and half bbq half buffalo), then we had to ASK where our daughters chicken tenders were. A few minutes later they came out, burning hot, they had forgot them. Next thing you know, she goes to reach across the table and knocks my glass of water everywhere, on the table, my leg, and my phone. Then proceeded to sit beside me and start cleaning it up so I couldnt get out and in turn more water is running everywhere. I finally am able to get up and walk outside to calm myself. The rest of the table gets boxes and our food is being boxed up. We go to cash out, and while the wings and chicken bacon ranch were taken off, the guy at the register asked what we drank, to charge us for it! Nobody even drank half a glass and mine was all down my leg! Aside for an apology for the water incident, NOBODY bothered to apologize. I had to drive over an hour with a soaking wet leg or no pants on. Whatever, we learned our lesson and WILL NOT BE RETURNING!! Time to stick with what we know and hit up Red Robin! Better food and service at a big chain!

Its PAINFUL to give this place a bad review but I have to be HONEST. I love the west bottoms and wanted to like this place so much. I treated 6 friends to a late night/early morning meal; all on my tab, just to try out the new local joint. WHOOOPS! Here is the honest take. I fully appreciate this place taking a chance on the location and we need that around here, but you CANT call yourself Rockstar burgers and make a burger that only 1/5 of the drunk and hungry dudes wanted to finish! Thats literally crazy. The one female with us got breakfast and it was standard and fine, but burgers really were BAD. Not just not that great, but bad. I love all styles of a well cooked burger but this was flavorless, poorly cooked, unseasoned and covered in kraft-style American cheese. The fries showed up literally 10 minutes after our burgers, everyone was done with what they wanted by then, and we were the ONLY 6 people in the joint. I know its late and Im happy youre open 24/7 but a 20 min wait for 6 haphazard burgers and 30 min for frozen fries??? Really?! The West Bottoms is a cool place full of artists who totally get waiting for craftsmanship but we also appreciate quality. Lets get it figured out dudes. I really wanna like this place but after getting flat embarrassed when I brought visiting artists to Rockstar I just feel empty... OH AND FULL TRANSPARENCY: I think people would appreciate knowing all the reviews before Aug are from a soft opening, with free food, and a special chef, NOT what you find 24/7. Lets just be honest.

As I wrote this FB review from my experience on August 10th, I couldnt help but look at the upper left corner and wonder where the picture of that beautiful looking burger came from. About a 12 minute, one-way DRIVE from my place of employment, I nevertheless decided to treat my employees based on the review of my 17 year old, soon-to-be Senior in High School employee, who at 64.5" and 280 pounds would seem to have a decent idea of a good burger and fry joint (and on-line reviews). Boy was I wrong. Two burnt, wafer-thin patties, lacking in flavor later, I was left with the following feeling: "Boy that was a colossal waste of my time." Underwhelmed would be an overstatement and disillusioned an understatement after reading all the glowing reviews and, of course, choking down the food. Furthermore, the fries were overdone (not ordered that way, although that is my preference) but not in a pleasing sense; they lacked flavor until slathered with ketchup. With a plethora of places to spend my lunch "dime" and a number of really good burger joints (Red Robin is the Schizzle!), Im left with a number of unanswered questions: "What were people rating prior to this place opening up?" "Who was making the food most recently when it garnered 5 stars? Not the same cook." "What can I do to get this literal and figurative bad taste out of my mouth?" Not sure why I gave it 2 stars... Well, I didnt get sick... P.S. I did NOT bring my complaint to a staff member, so no opportunity was given to remedy this ugly experience.

If you like a good burger that just a good, non gourmet, burger with typical sides like fries, onion rings, tater tots (recommended)... And you value character and ambiance then this is the place for you! Rockstar Burgers is missing the 5th star from me ONLY because of the limited local beer selection. I like beer thats local to where I happen to be and they had one, Mothers Brewing Company, Mr. Pumpkin, which was good but it was the only one. I survived on the other beers they had, no problem. There is limited seating and street parking. The staff was great. The place is open 24 hours which is fantastic when you need to eat late but they (like every place that serves alcohol around here) stop serving alcohol at 1am, by law. We went around midnight on a Tuesday night and there were about 5 - 10 people when we arrived and none when we left around 2am. We had a mix-up with one of our orders (ultimately, not the fault of Rockstar) but the staff handled things REALLY well and made sure we left happy and more than willing to return on the next trip to the area. It should be noted that they have other things on the menu like a black bean burger and other sandwiches choices... Dont let the "Google Street View" distract you and give the place a try if youre in the area!

We went in around 1pm today. We were ignored for a good 30 minutes, we even went up three times to let them know we were sitting in the back room. All the tables around us were having the same issues. I had to take my own cup up to the bar for refills. Our server was bussing tables, after he took our drink order, but still hadnt brought us our drinks. We waiting over an hour for our food once we finally ordered. Multiple orders at our table were messed up. My sisters family ordered three meals and 3 drinks and her total was $17. My husband and I order two hamburgers and fries, two drinks, and a grilled cheese sandwhich for our toddler son, and we were told our total was $32. My sister had a hamburger and fries, and they also had chicken tenders and fries, and then they had a French toast breakfast with eggs and bacon and 3 drinks, again they were told $17 for their total. All in all we were there over two hours and the food was just typical, nothing special. It was awful experience and Im annoyed that we wasted our money and time there today. It was the only thing we have had to eat today, and now we are both not feeling well. Also, the place is filthy, I should have known not to eat there by the look of the place.
