Passing by from Port Aransas to San Antonio and we stopped for a cup of coffee and to use the restroom. The toilet was too soiled to sit, dried remnants clearly visible, as though it hasnt been cleaned in days? The floor was of the dining area was equally disappointing, with receipts and food debris throughout. Diana was incredibly rude. She was rude to the customers in front of us, while disparaging the other employees. She literally walked 2 other customers to-go food to them, but set ours on the counter and called our number. So, in a leg boot, I had to hobble back to the front counter and then back past where I had been waiting, just to exit. The food is what you would expect from Whataburger, but the service and cleanliness were sub par.

Although this place always seems clean, the staff is always just as scatterbrained. I always have to check my food before I leave the counter as there is always something that gets forgotten. The bigger the order, the more that get lost.

A lil bit slow and usualy mess something up on every large drive through order..lol..but are always super friendly and dont have an attitude when i hv to hv them fix the order..so i will continue to use this whataburger

The employees refuse to answer the phone for call in orders. It takes 20 minutes to put a BOB together and even then its usually wrong. This is the most frustrating Whataburger Ive come across.

Food is always great, honestly one of the best fast food places around. Highly recommended. Have no idea how this place is rated under at least 4.5 stars. Dont listen to the negative reviews.

My burger was cold and pre-cooked. We ordered and less than 3 minutes later, our order was ready. Not what we expected from Whataburger. Very disappointed.
