My first time visiting your Grand Prairie location. Got a blue cheese burger,fries and a kids meal. It cost me over $23.00. What a rip off! Looked at my receipt they charged 6.78 just for the burger. 2.89 for my fries 1.99 for the drink. What! You guys dont have combo meals? 3.00 for the kids meal then they charged me an extra 2.79 for cheese fries. Because the child wanted cheese and bacon on his fries. So, they charged me full price for the kids meal, then typed (no fries) then charged me for full price for a different order fries. I was also charged 1.99 for each drink. I thought a kids meal came with a drink! Burger was good thou. Just that sticker price is a bit too much. Wheres the value?

Very good hamburger; notable is a whole wheat bun (not all cafes have this) and Nolan Ryan beef (good). I have with sweet potato fries and a drink (unsweet tea or coffee) Iced tea: unsweet, sweet. Coffee: Maintained by Community Coffee; its good, made fresh, and with refills. Salads : IIRC (been awhile) two sizes, good. Greens: one kind for salads, second for the burgers; unless one kind is short. White potato fries: IIRC a #2 kind, cut there in a press machine, and are good (not limp and not too greasy). Likely busy for lunch time; evening is usually not busy.

Burgers are great - toppings are your choice so if youre particular about what you like or dont like theyll make to order. The service is fast but a little lacking in charm. Usually not busy at all during any part of the day when we visited. Try the loaded fries! The environment itself looks like at one point they were trying to go for an actual restaurant feel and then changed to more of a cafe look. Food can take 15 to 20 minutes depending on how busy they are. You can always call for a pick up order.

First visit to the newly renovated chaps. I have eaten at this location for years. I have eaten at the other locations too. I know revolution is necessary but I didnt like the menus or the changes in the plates. The old service you knew the hamburgers would be big and the fries plentiful. The prices were higher and less food. Ordered onion rings which was always plentiful but this time $ 4. for five rings. The hamburgers were smaller too. I may wait till the newness wears off till I go back.

This place offers a convenient location for a more small town feel in the middle of an industrious area. The burgers and fries are GREAT!! I would not call this place inexpensive but nor is it pricey. I would also not call this place quick but nor is it a slow option either. Just a chill home style burger shop like the kind you might find off the highway while driving to your favorite camping spot.

Good burgers made with Nolan Ryan beef. The hot dogs & chicken sandwiches are solid too. Instead of fries, try the fried okra or onion rings - both are good. For good value, order the Baby Chapps. It gets busy for lunch, but theres always a table available. Order at the counter & theyll bring it to your table.

Service was good. Pretty quiet place though after i showed up i broght luck to it and more people started showing up. Bathrooms are clean. I got a burger froes and dringk. The burger was huge and looked delicious but no flavor at all. None whatsoever. Thats why im gonna give four stars instead of 5.

The place is great good food clean environment the staff is friendly the big bummer about the store after the remodel is that it doesnt feel comfortable any more it used to feel relaxing but now it looks like the inside of McDonalds and I feel rushed due to the fast food look of the inside

Great burgers and fries here! I really enjoyed it. Ate here a couple of days ago. Very clean environment. Seems family friendly. Its a bit pricey but you get the quality that you pay for. Walking distance from the Best Western hotel next door (really nice hotel btw).

Really good quality food. Everything is fresh and prepared there.. I could definitly tell. I got the 1984 burger and really enjoyed it. I almost gotta another one, but Im watching my weight. Ill be stopping by again to try out the other creative burgers.

We like going here for breakfast or brunch. The breakfast food is good and the staff is very nice. The air conditioning is not adequate in the heat of summer but all other times are fine. Their Arlington location is also good.

Just good food. Quality beef (Nolan Ryans best) and quick service. We usually have burgers and fries or sweet potato fries. Real food. Not frozen. Order at the counter and they bring it. Good prices. Highly recommended.

Im not too happy with the fact that the new owners have removed some popular items on the menu such as the veggies that go with the turkey plate. Also, you cannot get crackers for your salad anymore.

Very good burgers and options, but the prices are high. A cheeseburger, fries, and a drink will cost you about $14 after tax. Friendly staff and the place looks a lot nicer after the revamp.

Super good burgers, cheese fries are soo good and they have that good ranch. Which is really important if you love ranch. Food takes a while because they make it fresh but its worth it.
